It is 1/3, not 1/4. The streams are correctly snapped. Using 1/4 would be wrong.

It's a pity we got 1/3 streams instead of 1/4 (I don't care which are correct, 1/4 play better because of how intense this map is).

Map seems timed wrong, -25 offset plays WAY better for me (checked with a friend, he got the exact same offset.)

just went to editor and tested several diffs, everything still seems fine at current timing(im only getting like 0-4 ms delays while playing through it) ..
