How do single tap quickly and accurately

I have just started to play 5star maps and realised that alot of them involve a stream of single taps and i have problem keeping up with them.
What can i do to tap faster without tensing too much so that i would not screw up the 'slower' taps after.

Play more fast maps.
Also, I tense up during fast sections but I can still slow down for slower sections. Tensing up can ruin your stamina, though. I don't recommend it.

How do relax?cuz everytime i try to singletap quickly i would tense up
