Hi, I came to mod your set as requested. Hello there
|02:01:541 (3,4,5,6) - This doesn't quite follow anything in the music. This would rhythmically be more adequate. Also: 05:07:456 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - I checked this multiple times but I can still find beats wherever the circles are
|02:28:027 (1,2,1,1,2) - I need to question this rhythm choise as well. First, it skips an important beat at 02:28:713 - , second, it is hard to understand when playing. Can also be found at 02:39:513 (1) - . 02:32:998 (1,1,1,2,3,1) - This was much better. I changed the first one since I could see why it was a problem. Although the second one skips a somewhat important beat, I still find it okay because it follows the wubs very well.
|04:29:056 - Might not exactly be a problem, but I think the spacing from this point on is slightly too harsh. I've put this into consideration, but currently I think that the slight increase in spacing is fitting
|05:32:827 (1) - Might also be me, but imo, this slider is too slow in relation to the others and it might be overshot by players. It isn't o3o
|06:28:370 (1) - I assume that this is a redundant hitfinish. oops
And that's pretty much it! Good Luck! Thanks

-Your bookmarks are unsnapped oh
-Your Preview Time is unsnapped wow
-Cosider adding a normal-hitwistle because the whistles sounds very random unsing default skin I'll do that right away after I finish checking this
-By looking the start of the song, I noticed that you didn't map some beats because you were following the other rhythm. This makes the gameplay a bit annoying because sometimes we think that the next circle is going to this beat but in fact it isn't. Examples: 00:22:198 - 00:23:570 - 00:05:741 - 00:07:113 - 00:08:484 - 00:12:598 - 00:13:970 - Well I do get what you mean but I wanted to map it like this. Makes it feel really calm and smooth.
00:23:570 - I think you must add a circle to be consistente with 00:20:827 (1) - I really like the rhythm as it is.
00:31:456 (1) - Make this 1/4 to follow the rhythm you was following previewsly? I mean: Fixed
00:34:541 - Yeah it's very annoying to have such Strong beat unmapped, may not be a problem though This is something that I've been considering for a while, maybe I'll add a circle here at some point
00:42:427 (5) - Same mentioned above, I'd make it 1/4 to follow the beat you lose at 00:42:513 - Changed
00:46:370 (4,1) - you can make this blanket better like this: Fixed
01:10:027 (6,2) - I'd blanket it to make prettier :3. Also will tinely improve the flow to the next circle Fixed
02:19:284 (2,1) - This slider blanket is tinely off, it should look like that: Fixed :p
Ik the difference is minimal but yeah :3
02:20:827 (1) - I'd move this to 148|24 because 02:20:998 (2) - is very near 02:20:484 (3) - and to be consistente, I think 02:20:827 (1) - should be as well Sure why not
02:28:541 (1) - blanket can be improved by moving this to 72|96 Gotta love my blankets
02:32:998 (1) - I'd try this rhythm instead: The current one follows the wubs like the entire part so I'll keep it like that
Fits better imo
02:46:198 (1,1) - Dunno but if it's a blanket it can be improved ^^ Adjusted a bit
02:54:427 (1,1) - blanket here , maybe it's blanketing finely but the stack is making me blind? o.o It's finely blanketed, you should go to the options and disable stacks in editor so that you can see this easily
04:12:427 (7,2) - blanket is a bit off, tried to fix by just moving 2 around but you'll need to fix the slider
04:13:627 (5,4) - Semi-stack intentional? you stacked almost everything in this beatmap so I'm not sure if this one is intentional whoops
04:29:570 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - Isn't the DS here too big for this calm stream?
04:32:313 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - ^
04:35:141 (2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3) - ^ and on. May not be a problem too.. I think that the DS is just fine. It plays well so I don't see a reason to change it
05:00:598 (9) - NC? pls
05:08:827 (1,3,1) - Kinda weird they overlapping each other but everyone has your likes and deslikes :3 05:08:998 (2,2) - too Yeah I ran out of space so I had to compromise LOL But the high ar makes it so that it isn't visible
05:12:598 (2,3) - You could work a bit more on this blanket Let me work on
05:23:741 (1,2) - ^ those blankets
05:24:770 - You lost a beat here Where ?
05:24:941 (5,1) - This slider blanket can definetly be improved All
05:29:570 (4,2) - blanket can be improved Hail
05:34:798 (4,1) - ^ The
05:35:913 (5,1) - ^ tail is a bit off Blankets!

Check AIMod for some unsnapped stuff. Uhh I did but nothing showed up, Are you sure that there is something unsnapped?
00:07:113 - This gap felt a bit weird to me since there's an audible tss here lol. I think it's because your NC'ing here (or lack of NC) makes it seem like 4 is going to be a 1/2 beat away instead of 1/1. 00:06:427 (1,4) - I think you could swap the NC here to make it more straightforward since you NC after every 1/1 break in your later patterns. 00:11:570 (6,1) - 00:12:256 (3,1) - So players don't get confused with the spacing. Changed the NC's
00:31:627 - There's a note here if you want to map a circle or add a repeat onto the slider. Added a repeat and changed the placement too
00:42:598 - ^ Added a circle here
00:51:684 - ^ This one could help lead into the streams a bit better. Should still be fine even if you don't want to change it though, since the kick-slider functions like a circle to make the gap feel like its 1/1 even tho its 3/4. I think this is fine. Due to the high AR people should not have problems
00:58:541 - Wouldn't hurt to snap this green line~ Yeah it really wouldn't
00:31:798 (1,1) - This was especially jerky for me xPP. I think it's okay as it is since I've seen many players get that right but some do get it wrong all the time too
01:08:398 - No triplet here? You don't have to mirror the rhythm of 01:05:570 (1,2,3) - But I think mapping the triplet would still make these patterns more consistent without compromising on variety. Also, You might want to NC on 01:08:313 (3) - instead since you NC'ed 01:05:570 (1) - . Changed NC but didn't add the triplet. I feel like there would be too much triplets and streams in a short time window if I added this
01:19:970 (2) - Could try Ctrl+G'ing this slider, would flow really well too. Sure seems fun!
02:01:627 - I really wouldn't recommend skipping this beat because it's very loud, and can throw off people because of your choice to shift polarity here. My intentions here for the whole part is to follow the "melody" and the melody skips a beat here so I find it weird adding a circle there even though it is indeed a really strong beat. If I get noticed one more time about this I will change it and maybe rework some of the parts included with this.
02:04:884 - Potential for some cool triplets here if you want. I freaking love the dramatic break here xD
02:09:856 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRW8EGbdfLA]You are not hanzer[/url] This made my day LOL
02:12:941 (1) - You could move this slider up a bit to make the blanket with the other two sliders uniform in terms of their negative space. Sure
02:14:656 (1,1) - This is quite confusing to read tbh... since you have a really fast slider, and then basically a 1/1 break (cuz that's what it will feel like for players who just click the kick-slider). How about adding a circle on 02:14:827 - ? You could stack it with 02:13:970 (2) - too. Added a circle and stacked it with another slider, turned out even cooler than the original imo
04:27:684 (1,1,2) - This pattern didn't flow very well for me xPP. The zigzag motion just felt really jerky xPP. I tried something with more of a circular flow instead so the linear sliders could lead into the stream a bit better The (2) slider is placed really closed to the stream and because of it's speed players' cursors won't change direction too much when the slider changes direction and this causes (atleast for me) the cursor to fly right into the stream
~
04:46:541 (7) - Hmm, instead of a 1/2 slider, try making this a circle? Since there's potential for some cool 1/4's with 04:46:713 - and I think this would be a nice place for a triplet. Changed the slider into a triplet
05:11:398 - Not going to carry on the stream? The stream is very inaudible after the strong snare and besides, I get my dramatic break here lmao
05:34:541 (3,4,1) - Idk... I'm sure this is fine for others, but the pattern just feels a bit overdone for me because the SV is 0.75 and doesn't go back up after the spaced triplet. If it did, then I'd be all for this pattern. Just a passing comment, Ok so this part was really hard for me to map since I thought to myself that it needs to be slow but it needs to have something in it. This is what I came up with and tbh I'm quite pleased with it and although I see your point, nobody that has testplayed this has had any issues with this part since I feel like the SV increase isn't even expected by anybody.
06:22:027 (3,4) - Are you sure 4 isn't supposed to be on the red tick? Cuz that's how people are going to read it when they see how you've arranged this pattern. This is just embarassing.. xD
Really well mapped!. I will star it for now because I feel these kinds of maps could benefit from higher-tier players modding it and offering more opinions on how these patterns play out. Call me back when you're ready.

Just a question, why did you choose this diff-name? Thought it sounded cool and is atleast somewhat related to the song name so decided to use it
I like it though
00:09:084 (3,4,5,6) - The claps should be only on (3) and (5), if you want to follow music Done
00:31:798 (1,1) - The flow here isn't optimalized. Ctrl G 00:32:141 (1) - to make it flow better. That, and the Original distance between these 2 was huge I don't see a flaw in flow here. The distance is big but it's there because of the slider velocity increase.
00:52:970 - Add a note to follow the music better Added
01:19:798 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2) - The NCs are a bit weird. Why 3-3-2, instead of 4-4 or 2-2-2-2? Used 2-2-2-2
01:42:256 (1,1) - nazi - improve blanket Fixed
01:53:398 (1) - Nice slider Thanks :p
02:01:627 - It feels really weird not having this mapped Fixed this after multiple suggestions
02:03:684 (9) - Nc should be here, instead of 02:03:856 (1) - Fixed
02:14:656 (1,1) - Improve stack Fixed
02:18:084 (1,1) - Things like this are unrankable, as the whole slider body is covered by an other slider Remapped
02:22:370 (1,2) - Improve stack Done
02:35:570 (1) - Ctrl G for flow. Current flow with the next object is quite bad I think that the flow is decent and it sets off a really nice pattern so I'll keep it the way it is
02:42:084 (1,1) - This is on the edge of being unrankable. (1) covers the whole part after the curve of (1) (wow). As (1,2) are straight sliders, people might think (1) is too, and think the end is at the start of (1) (I hope you get this) I see what you mean but it is planned so that the player will automatically flow their cursor into the end of the slider because of the next hitobjects positioning so I don't find this a problem but if I get noticed by someone else I will redo it
05:36:598 (1) - These slider should only have 2 reverse to follow the strong high pitched sounds Fixed these
05:42:084 (5) - ^^ (Also here, not 1/16, why?) (2 reverses if you go for 1/16)
05:47:570 (1) - ^^
05:49:713 (8,1) - Quite a severe overlap. People might (probably will) think that (1)'s end is the same as (8)'s end, while in reality it's (8)'s start I think this too is just fine.
Just reminding this in case a ninja doesn't see it : DInyuschan wrote:

I'd like to know how is Excursion related to song xD You can look up the words odyssey and excursion and you will find that they are in a way quite similiar. Also Excursion sounds nice
No SB? You might want to disable WS then Sure
This might be a bit nazi but title should be Odyssey (Au5 Remix) with R capitalized according to soundcloud and many sites, I don't know if this is a problem but just in case... nowadays a DQ can happen due to wrong title D: Fixed!
drum-hitnormal and soft-hitclap2 are not used, remove them Already removed them earlier!

00:07:798 (1) - why this sudden NC o3o What do you mean sudden ;w;?
00:11:227 (4,5,6) - make jump distance consistent maybe? I like the way this playys
00:16:370 (4) - this is more like my style but what about Ctrl+G? The flow would be quite broken if I did that
00:17:056 (2,3) - Ctrl+G them? jump is a bit sudden and doesn't fit, a jump before stream is cool imo I think this is a cool effect too
00:19:284 (5,1) - swap NC? I prefer to keep it as it is
00:26:998 (1) - same as the first point I don't see a problem here.. ?
00:34:541 - I really miss a note here tbh lol Although the beat is hearable I still prefer to leave it unmapped
00:41:141 (6) - I can't hear nothing The triplet still feels natural here, atleast for me
00:44:141 (6,1) - swap NC? The NC is in the correct place here imo
01:29:227 (6) - NC due to sudden SV change? The change is so small and plays so naturally that I find this unnecessary.
03:26:998 (4,1) - phew, try to move (4) further, this is a bit confusing because the rhythm suddenly changes but it's not noticeable if you use that distance ;_; The SV change is so massive that I must leave the circle close to it or otherwise people would overshot the slider
05:07:456 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - sounds a bit weird for me, for example 05:08:056 (3,4) - these ones are not following exactly the music I've listened to this part and after recent discussion with a few BN I came to the conclusion that this is the best way for all audible beats to be mapped
05:15:513 (3) - you're still learning how to be Skystar, NC here due to that SV www You're right, this could benefit from a NC
05:24:941 (5) - I'd say the same here but not too necessary because Skystar is a NC spammer with this kind of maps anyways I'll stop mentioning NCs This plays well even without a NC so I'll leave it as it is
05:31:798 (7) - what the hell that jump xD personally a NC is needed here Players know at this point that when this part comes it means jumps and the jumps have increased in distance throughout the map so most will assume this does too so this won't come as a surprise
You know what to do~

04:27:170 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - wots the reason for the double ncs Okay the double ncs aren't completely necessary. Originally the idea was to change NCs whenever the spacing of the streams changed and here I changed the spacing of the streams on every other circle
06:07:027 (4,5) - 05:56:056 (4) - 05:57:427 (3,5) - 05:59:141 (5) - 06:07:027 (4) - 06:08:570 (5,7) - 06:11:484 (5) - 06:15:598 (4) - 06:16:113 (2) - 06:17:998 (4) - and basically all the triples/quints onward r overmap (06:16:713 (1,2,3,4) - isnt tho) For the last chorus I wanted to emphasize the drum and bass element that came along with it for change so that it plays a bit different like the other chorus' while also sounding different. I think this justifies the use of triplets and/or quints.
