Maybe add new message in #announce like: WubWoofWolf has got 524 pp by fc'ing Akito - Sakura Cagetsu [Pasonia Insane], not for all scores, for like 500+ or 450+, this must be interesting.

If you're saying about pp changes, it should be at #userlog instead of #announce.
Pretty sure he means when someone gets a score worth a high amount of PP, it should be announced in #announce. I'm indifferent on the idea since I don't really pay attention to #announce.
based on the last osu!talk w/ peppy i'm doubting this will happen
