00:58:233 (58233|3) - move to 1

00:58:333 (58333|1,58333|0) - shift them 2 times to the right
00:58:433 (58433|2) - move to 1

00:54:533 (54533|3,54933|3) - using long notes here means you'll have to resume the ln stream throughout the section, because these LN seem prematurely cut off imo, might as well use single note instead OR you can make these 00:55:333 (55333|0,55733|0) - into LN for pattern consistency

Optional:

you might want to differentiate 00:55:333 (55333|2,55333|0) - and 00:55:733 (55733|2,55733|0) - due to different drum sound, try to use pattern 1 l 3 and 1 l 4 on them, though it will break your pattern at this point- below are my small suggestions:
00:55:733 (55733|2) - move to 4
00:56:333 (56333|2) - move to 2
00:56:433 (56433|1) - move to 3
00:56:533 (56533|2) - move to 4 pattern flow 00:55:933 (55933|2,55933|3,56133|2,56133|1,56333|0,56333|1) -

I applied most of your mods here, and now I'm workingdone(kind of remapping) on those part of SHD according to your suggestion.

Actually I think it's good since these have different hitsounds. Maybe there's no need to reduce the drum sound when a symbol rings together. Anyway I will ask others about this, thanks for mentioning this :)

major issue: the previous star rating of this diff is '1.5', and the icon changed from 'N' to 'E' automatically several days ago..(I don't know why), so I increase the diff to '1.51' and make the map more playable.

NO, it should be SHD.
1. FC SHD to feel the diff instead of judging it by star-rating. The LNs, jacks, and burst part will tell you why it is SHD
2. For respect to the original chart in O2jam, It's SHD, originally.

actually,there is no format for o2jam style diff names,and mapper can use free name for hardest diff.
anyway that map should be SHD,not SC because of difficulty lol

[SHD]A lot of these bursts are really awkward to play because they have 1/4 jacks in them.
00:20:933 - Personal preference - try something like this: http://puu.sh/kyAKe/4d5dc2f3f9.png I didn't remove or add any notes, but it feels a lot smoother to play. It's just an example.
00:46:533 - Same issue with the burst - it feels very awkward. Examples: 00:46:533 (46533|2,46633|2) - 00:46:683 (46683|3,46783|3) - 00:47:083 (47083|0,47183|0) - 00:47:333 (47333|3,47433|3) - 00:47:733 (47733|0,47833|0) - 2 1/4 jacks in the burst, 00:47:233 (47233|1,47333|1,47433|1,47533|1) - 00:47:633 (47633|2,47733|2,47833|2,47933|2) - 4 1/4 jacks in the burst.
