However, the reason i presented those quotes was different it's not "no they dont make sense" it's "the fact that they dont go with your actions".
Also ftr i've been awake for a while and reading, but i wanted to get more people to comment on my post as a reaction test of sorts, i fully intended to explain it as soon as i woke up, however, when i saw slaini's comment on my post i decided to run it as some sort of reaction test, but more on that later first...

In Ace's reads list he only has Slaini as town, the rest as null, while your vote has been on SNB then to Zexion. "But Sakura why is this a problem?", tell me, why would you even move your vote from a nullread to a nullread?, 2 reasons, 1 you townread the person you're currently voting, 2, you scumread the person you switched your vote onto.

From Ace's post, you would think he'd be scumreading Zexion, however, Zexion doesn't appear anywhere as scum, "But Zexion could still be a null read Sakura!" Then why move the vote off SNB?, one would think because SNB became a townread.... which SUPRISE! it's also absent from his town list.

This question is particularly aimed towards you SNB.

Ace it's good and all if it makes sense in your head, but your not playing your own game, you need to show some results and tell us about some of your conclusions eventually, otherwise we don't really have much to work with regarding you. Because even if your intentions are good, we have no way to tell, and no reason to trust you based on you only telling us to chill out and that you know what you're doing.

I did something similar in my first game (I was a town doc) and I ended up having SNB think I'm scum, because I did not consider that even though what I'm doing makes sense to me, the others have no way to tell that I'm doing it for town purposes and it's not scum doing their scumstuff.

I have a similar issue that my scumhunting tends to only make sense to myself, the difference is that i actually am usually transparent on my thoughts (the usually meaning, barring setup stuff or reaction tests), and ppl have even gotten to calling my logic, moon logic nowadays, kinda frustrating @_@

You see in the past i used to get wagoned a lot, so i learned to scumhunt from the reasons and ways people scumread me, this still hasn't changed but if for example only 1 person scumreads me, then i may, or may not get an accurate read there, because i have no one else to compare it to. Also people scumreading me for the sake of scumreading me so i have better reads wouldn't work either because part of that way of scumhunting would be to be able to see what's fake and what isn't... so... nevermind.

Excuse me, exactly when did I EVER say that you and Slaini were a scumteam? SLAINI drew that conclusion from my "Zexion/Slaini might not be the scumteam any more" comment. I'm not even going to ask you why would that instantly translate to me being a scum even if it was true - as far as I know you two have been highly questionable through the entire game. See this is yet another reason for why you're probably a scum, or so very scummy, at least. Here you're seen putting Slaini's words into my mouth, and making an overly paranoiac analysis from them, your possible scumpartner's words (there, now I said it myself) - a true scum in their natural habitat. I talked about the "scumslip" yet again to make my stance clear to that thing. Slaini brought it up, for me there's not much more else to say.

AFAIK al reads should be based on something. Ace pulling them out of nowhere and not explaining them makes me really weary of him, Ace being the player with the least interactions in the game and just posting names without how he reached that conclusion reading... yeah, you get the picture. So I'm keeping my vote on him for the time being.

I may have worded it oddly, but his scumslip and me thinking that he is town are completely unrelated. I picked him because he was under scrutiny, and it was a bonus that I had my suspicions on him actually being scum. I didn't think he was town because he scum slipped. I'm not some secret experienced player who's been playing for years. I'm pretty young, I wasn't even allowed on the internet until a few years ago. There's no way for me to build up a ton of experience on something so obscure as scumslip tendencies in a game I thought was restricted to cards until 2 weeks ago.

Also, what I'm about to type right now is aimed more at Zexion, this was not an "I'm developing a plan to find out all the scum so leave me alone" deal. This was to determine one scum. The post I made can't catch more than one. And I thought it out in about 30 seconds, so it's not still going. Your post says that you initially scumread Slaini, then he scumslipped, then you townread him... but it wasnt because he scumslipped, then you made your reaction test or w/e and you townread him more.

There's something missing here, and i bet you can tell what is...

Isn't that the same thing i did... except i labeled you as suspicious because the 2 people you had voted were nowhere to be seen on it, so i figured it was a fake reads list.

Ah I re-read my post and it does look confusing looking from a different point of view. I can't read it like you would, and because it's text you can't really grasp my meaning in some sentences. I'll clear it up, I thought Slaini was town and that never changed. I worded that sentenced in my post oddly, so it comes off as if I initially scum-read him. I didn't. everything before that read was pure either RVS, or not very well thought out, prime example being, my vote on Zexion. I thought he was dodging questions. So I voted. I never put actual thought into the game until my "read". Hope that clears up any misunderstanding.

I think Ace shouldn't be the lynch here, vote Hika instead.

Hika is a she. She has some RL issues I think, but I'm pretty intent on getting her lynched based on what she's already posted, everything else feels like the typical D1 town mislynch buildup.

He did say later that he both worded that post badly and did reckless things before those posts, possibly referring to his late RVS and such. Sure, it could be a blatant lie, but eh, I'll just not get overly suspicious over that right now.

K. In this sentence, suspicious means doubtful. Despite what everyone else was saying I was doubtful of him being scum. That's how the sentence should be interpreted.

Because I don't really see scum intentions, and I think his whole explanation checks out and his plan is something a new town player would be more likely to come up with, even if I don't think it had been too effective with regards to the actual conclusions he tried to draw. But as Sakura said him emphasizing his idea of scum/town meta in his defense nullifies this read I'd have if it wasn't for that quote.

The thing with Ace is that he can't explain his Scum -> Town shift. So he's trying to play with words to make it look like he was townreading him the entire time.

My theory of scum motivation for that slip is that since he knows Slaini's town he decided to stay off and townread him for town cred so he can't explain his scum > town shift.

However he made that explanation after he was the one being wagoned and the wagon on Slaini had died, it's the only thing making me doubtful right now.

But I don't think there was a scumread from him on slaini apart from that "badly worded" sentence which only happeend now while he explained his stuff.

I just dont get why would he make that mistake, unless he'd been self-conscious of something. And i still don't get why he got a townread on Slaini out of all that happened, I mean, most of the way he plays as if it was someone with experience OR knowledge of alignments.

Maybe. I've never played this game online, but I have in real life. And when I played, it was with ~25 people, so I'm not really used to 9 players. My read on Slaini was less of a townread and more I didn't understand why he was labeled scum. I don't think the way I play is experienced, but, then again this is my first mafia game online. I wouldn't know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Most of the things you mention are things i have picked up on experience, normally i get paranoid of newbies that mention such things because there's no way someone would know such things without experience or alignment knowledge.

But if the way people suspected Slaini made you townread him, why didn't you mention anything about Navi who was also heavily suspected as well?

I guess the easiest answer to why I didn't mention anything about Navi is that I really didn't care. I only needed one person to put on the list, so I picked one and ignored the rest. That's why everyone else is null. They didn't really matter.

You said you randomly picked Slaini and put him as town due to how he was attacked, and after the reactions you strengthened that read.
But Navizel was also attacked heavily, yet you put Navi as null scum (Claims aside, this read doesnt make any sense).

Also if you arent transparent with your thoughts how would you have expected me to pick up on stuff like you didn't ISO anyone else, or the fact that you haven't read anything until then.
