It is very hard to play with mouse only. I play for 10 days and on the 3rd or 2nd i switched from mouse only to mouse + keyboard, which means you aim with your mouse like before but instead of clicking you press X and Y ( german keyboard) or whatever you like. To answer your question however, no there is no difference, if you want to stay mouse only click however you want
