Lies.
Distance snap is made to help you if you're unsure with spacings. It's not a must use.
I've seen editors that don't use it and have maps ranked. It's a tool to help you as a editor. It's not made to be a Nazi tool for all editors.

Fixed Nekoo's suggestions for my diff. Updated Selee's and roflninja's diffs and added Selee to tags. Waiting for Oyashiro's update and Louis' update.
