Everyone has their own opinion, and I'm no different. The reasons I mentioned above is why I'll love s1-s2 above all the other seasons, not only because it was more fun to play champions that weren't sterile, generic fucks, but because the community was also more warm and welcoming than it is today, sadly.

What do you mean she can't kill tanks? She can kite virtually anyone in the game and stack those spears to infinity, and suddenly you wonder where 90% of your HP went.

Well she can, but in teamfights it renders her useless since her rend does no damage to tanks; it literally does no damage. In order for her to kill tanks, she has to go for a crit build sacrificing the runaan's which is something only Korean players do. That being said, I do highly prefer going for a crit build with Kalista, she just feels so much stronger and it's a lot easier to carry; no idea why people still go for runaan's, BT, BOTRK.

That's true, yes, but before all the teamfights come around the 25th minute mark, she can eat her lane opponents alive, and hopefully get ahead enough so as to not have THAT much of a problem with tanks later on.

It entirely depends, really.

Currently Plat V since my provisionals went 2-8; previously P1 with average game MMR of D3-- pretty annoying, but I'm not really playing ranked anywhere enough to get out of it anymore after my hands got injured

Suddenly, every Bronze, Silver and Gold player looks at you in disgust as they reflect on the Hell they went through and are currently going through. :p

I know for a fact that every tier can be annoying as fuck, but up there it's not even close to what you'd experience in lower ones, like Silver, where most people reside.
That's the whole reason I only go through my provisionals to see where I'd randomly end up in, and then wait until the next seasons' provisionals to do the same. I just find ranked too frustrating, not because of my own personality (I hardly EVER get down from someone else being a moron - I rather enjoy it and laugh at it), but because of the sheer stupidity most people there are displaying.

I hope you get into Diamond before the end of the season, though. :p

On-topic: People claim they go through Hell to climb one tier but to be honest that can be traced back to them and how they performed, at least, in my opinion. I wouldn't say it's terribly difficult to climb from, say, Silver to Gold, but failing promos a whole bunch is the absolute worst :c

I know of one dude who failed their Silver 2 -> 1 promos like, 10 times, and then there's me who only failed their Gold 4 -> 3 promos like once...and that dude is still in Silver 2 ;_;

I used to be in Silver, I know the struggles - despite that, Plat feels like the worst, considering people always have the "potential" to do something but keep disappointing you so extremely direly every single time.

Bronze, Silver and Gold you can just assume everyone's gonna feed and suck at mechanics, in Platinum it's a somewhat mixed bag so it really hits you meanly x:

Yes, I can agree with that.
In Plat, from experience, people tend to (just like you said) have the potential to make incredible plays, but not only do they constantly fail to live up to your expectations, they also think they're entitled to at least high Diamond, not Plat, so they behave like total goddamn assholes.

Silver is worse, but in a different way. People there feel demoralised from the mere fact that they're Silver, and not Gold (something a lot of Silver-ranked people dream about every night), so they give no fucks about whether or not their mechanics are equal to those of a guy without arms, or if they'll feed and quit. They just lack the fucks to give about the game itself, mostly out of self-pity or on the other extreme end - complete self-centered behaviour, even more so than those Plats.

Bronze are, in my opinion, one of the most laid-back and kindest people on ranked. Yes, they might be terrible game-wise, but not many actually rage and feed deliberately, unlike virtually every other tier up to Diamond.

I really fail to see why so many people take this game that seriously.... the last time I played ranked, I lost 4 of my games due to either my bot going completely haywire and feeding up to 1-10 and 0-12 (so 22 kills versus 1 on their side - due to me actually TPing in when I had that bit extra time and ganking the lane), or due to my jungler afking for the other 3 games. Did I get annoyed? Yeah sure, but did it affect my mood overall? Not at all. I would be in agony if I was playing for money, but since I'm not, I'm actually just having fun.

I've been on both sides, so that can't really apply here. Plat definitely has more people who should get a life, or at least a reality check. :p

Hmm I don't know, I was stuck platinum all season 4 & never found it uber toxic. Yes, there was some toxic players but just like in all other leagues from bronze to challenger I guess

Basically, after you get your ult, plan it so you bait your opponent into being near your image (easy to do versus guys who have no awareness), and then you have 2 choices:

If you are certain they'll remain around it (I mean your ult DOES have an enormous aoe) drop your Q, and with a little skill, they get hit twice, E onto them to proc those 3 stacks and then ult.... if they aren't dead by then, use ignite. :p

The other choice is doing it backwards - ult first, then when you're right next to them, Q, and while it's floating and waiting for that second trigger, E onto them, and when it returns, it'll proc the 3rd strike, dealing tonnes of damage. :p

I can safely say that his ult is always going to be used in higher ranked (during the laning phase only) as a free TP back to the lane, above everything else, as I've watched numerous games and almost every damn Ekko I see is never using his ult in the laning phase for damage/heals, but for a cheap, low CD TP.

Back in lower elo, it's easy as shit to just let your opponent walk into your image, and they're mildly screwed from that point on, as his ult has, I believe, 130% AP ratio, with 200-250 base damage (too lazy to check) on the first rank. That's more than enough to rape a third of a level 6 midder's HP. He is definitely going to receive a nerf on his 3-hit proc in the future, too.

Yeah it allows for safe dives and grants access to very reliable escape. Using it to deal damage is rather tricky assuming the enemies are not stupid enough to keep walking on Ekko's hologram.

Crashing? I've been playing every day and am in a lobby right now - no crashes to this date. Also no glitches or weird bugs, either.

Though, I DID experience what it's like to play on EUW for the first time, the day before yesterday, when I was on the TTL, server completely died for some reason and everyone had 700 ping. Killing shit was fun - one second you're csing, another second triple kill. lol

I feel like the game would be a lot better if Riot would actually give more qualified people access to the PBE server instead of random kids that never report any bugs and are unable to give any sort of constructive criticism or give valuable feedback.
I haven't played in over a month because I dislike the state of the game as it is right now (and also because The Witcher 3 and ESO have kept me busy).

I find it hilarious I still have PBE access even though I haven't logged into it in over a year. Since the Feral Flare testing/nerfs.

Even the people who report bugs (unless its something major) and post good informing stuff are pretty much ignored. The thread I made about that shitty jungle item that got Warwick nerfed was completely ignored despite the math I provided and the upvotes I got.

It's less about unqualified people having access and more about Riot simply not giving a shit.

We can get a mongrel mod to edit it so it becomes a place where you share your name with others, basically like the "find a friend" thread. Add a couple of details like the number of games you've played so far, your preferred mode, ranking (if you're into playing ranked with others) et cetera et cetera.

Maybe, just maybe we could make it work, perhaps?

I got an S- with Janna having a perfect KDA and 75% kill participation. It's weird sometimes

To achieve the best spam effect, you need to play aram, where everyone is ALWAYS there and as they have no means of escaping, they're forced to listen to it, regardless of what they do.

I still have no idea why they just don't turn off the sound altogether and instead just listen to obnoxious noises. Masochists? Maybe.
