[General]
The bare minimum for an MP3's bitrate is 128kbps, yours is 124kbps. Here's an mp3 that'll be fine.
[monstrata's ADVANCED]
Why is the HP drain/OD so low? Especially for a hard? I'd set them both to 6 or maybe even to 6.5-7 so the map isn't too easy. This is mainly to bridge the difficulty gap between Novice and Exhaust. (Every value is the number in between the settings of Novice and Exhaust, so if Novice OD is 4, and Exhaust OD is 6, Mine's 5 etc...

This is nice. Dumb suggestions ahead
00:08:350 (4,5,6) - No mean to burst your bubble but angles like this made after sliders like this feel terrible haha. It's not like you can change but the straight line is boring and its just... weird to play. (Yes i would attempt to curve the end two notes but it would ruin the consistency with the later parts)
00:12:850 (1,2,3,4) - Overlap with 3 and 4 LOOKS different to the last 3 sliders and is offputting
00:26:500 (2,3,4) - I hate lines made of notes but this is kinda weird being like 2 pixels off (middle note), it points flow away slightly from the left then goes straight into 00:27:250 (1) - which is weird
00:36:100 (2) - No possible way to make this into a long slider? I can see why this is being done but honestly it feels bad to play.
00:40:750 (2,3) - Should all be notes because music says so o/ (fits better imo)
01:00:850 - Make this end a tiny bit quieter (green point) for epicness? Fine without yeah still.. ya know... kek
01:20:500 (2) - Being directly up (and slightly left) plays bad in these kind of sliders I could imagine (and play). Make this more right if possible?
01:48:550 (2) - Lol NC for effect or not idk.

Novice:
Check 01:31:450 (3,4) - I believe this should be changed to 2 sliders + circle, now it doesn't match actual beat.
And maybe consider 01:47:350 (1) - long slider doesn't really fit to these "breaks", it's annoying especially with loud slider-slide sound and slider-ticks... hmm... Try something more creative here.

About diffnames:
Beginner > Novice > Advanced > Hyper > ...
Novice > Basic > Advanced > Hyper > ...
should be better, but we discussed it :p

By the way, I don't like much NC:1 finish hitsound, it feels more like hitsound for upbeat... (don't have to change, just opinion)
But the whole mapset is damn good

00:30:700 (4,5,1) - It could be better if you try to make a better motion here, the angle is close and this is more or less ugly when playing. Try to make something which looks better like a perfect equilateral triangle like :

Monstrata's NOVICE

This is not really a NOVICE diff, you should rename it to Monstrata's ADVANCED.
01:29:050 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - These jumps look out of place. You use constant spacing and not really a lot of 1/2 objects that can allow you to make high jumps like this. Note that the BPM is 200, and for a Normal/Hard player, jump patterns are really difficult to handle. You should avoid this jump pattern and make something with a constant spacing instead.

There is something really questionable. Density is not balanced throughout this map, there are some parts which are more difficult than others and this diff is not balanced. Some examples , this part 01:38:050 - to 01:48:550 -, there is no 1/1 gap between objects excepted 01:47:350 (1,1) - . When you can see that this part 01:08:050 - to 01:17:650 - has less note density and less 1/2, and this part sounds more powerful than the other part i mentioned.
You must balance the difficulty throughout this diff.

crabovan's ADVANCED

00:26:950 (5,1) - There should be a higher distance between these sliders, this will make the pattern more airy and playable.
00:28:150 (5,6,1) - There should be an equal distance between these objects, because this triple is already difficult to handle for a Hard player, the BPM is 200 and things are fast.
00:50:650 (3,4,5,6) - I don't really recommend this kind of flow with this spacing. This pattern is like a spike because the BPM is fast, and the player needs enough aim to be able to handle it. Approach rate can also help. You should nerf the distance between each circles here, for the sake of gameplay.

Fort's EXHAUST

01:05:650 - 2 timing sections at the same point, please fix it.

GRAVITY

00:09:550 (2,1) - This looks like an antijump for a powerful note followed by the circle and this is really odd. Just, you should not do it, there should be a higher distance between 00:09:550 (2,1) - because 00:09:850 (1) - needs to be emphasized by a higher distance.
00:16:750 (2,3,4) - You should nerf a little the distance between these circles, there is nothing really powerful on the song which can tell you "add large jumps", this just look a little overdone for what the song provides.
01:12:850 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This combo is too long, there should be a NC somewhere like 01:13:975 -
01:44:050 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This is a little uncomfortable to play, the player needs much aim to be able to handle this kind of flow. Try to make something which has a closer angle, and something which looks more pretty, let me show you Hentai CB's symmetries

Well, overall, this mapset is not bad at all. There should be improvement in Monstrata's NOVICE (just see the reason above).
I also recommend you to find more mods, if possible, from experienced modders or BNs. Since i've seen recents DQs for the main reason : Quality, i really think that this beatmap set can be improved more.
I will try to push this set forward, Call me back when you feel ready for a recheck.

About diffnames:

Novice > Basic > Advanced > Hyper > ...
should be better, but we discussed it :p

By the way, I don't like much NC:1 finish hitsound, it feels more like hitsound for upbeat... (don't have to change, just opinion)
But the whole mapset is damn good

01:29:050 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - These jumps look out of place. You use constant spacing and not really a lot of 1/2 objects that can allow you to make high jumps like this. Note that the BPM is 200, and for a Normal/Hard player, jump patterns are really difficult to handle. You should avoid this jump pattern and make something with a constant spacing instead. Alright i'll fix this.

There is something really questionable. Density is not balanced throughout this map, there are some parts which are more difficult than others and this diff is not balanced. Some examples , this part 01:38:050 - to 01:48:550 -, there is no 1/1 gap between objects excepted 01:47:350 (1,1) - . When you can see that this part 01:08:050 - to 01:17:650 - has less note density and less 1/2, and this part sounds more powerful than the other part i mentioned.
You must balance the difficulty throughout this diff. I think fixing the jumps above will alleviate some of this imbalance. I'll try and make some of the 1/1's 1/2's instead by introducing 1/2 sliders, but imo the note density is fine. I increase note density to map growing intensity in the song, at least the way i hear it. But yea, hopefully after i update with all these mods it'll be better

BEGINNER

00:46:450 (1,2) - Aesthetically unappealing. Both sliders should look the same since they both match a similar rhythm in the song. At the very least, fix (1) to not have an odd angle.
00:56:050 (1) - This may not matter so match, but I'd like to see the y-axis equal on both sides of the slider.
00:59:650 (3) - Slider feels out of place compared to the other types of sliders you've been using. I'd suggest copying a previous angled or double angled slider from before.

Overall very nice. There might be some nazi-pixel blankets that could be fixed/ignored but it doesn't matter.

BASIC

CS could be 3.2/3.3 to scale in difficulties with the rest of the mapset. BEGINNER 3 -> BASIC 3.2/3.3 -> monstrata's NOVICE 3.5 -- Star rating is only affected by .1

01:09:250 (3) - I'd like to see this rotated by a few degrees to keep the y-axis equal. Right now it's 301 and 314.

Clean difficulty. Nothing much to change in my opinion. Very nice rhythm usage and slider shapes.

01:10:450 (1) - Rhythm from here to 01:17:500 (7) - lacks red beats and feels really weird to play ;(
01:27:550 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - This is a rather difficult pattern in comparison to the rest of the section.

Not much to say about this one either. The hitsounding on this diff is...interesting.

Fort's EXHAUST

00:14:950 (10,1) - Could resemble the sort of anti-jump aesthetic used here 00:14:200 (7,8) - instead of a stack.
00:24:550 (7,1) - Same
00:52:300 (4) - Isn't completely inside the slider if that was the intention. Could be moved to ~120:162.
01:32:050 (1) - Could look nicer.
01:47:350 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - Anti-climactic. If anything, the (1) could be moved to the opposite side @ 360;212

GRAVITY

I wanted to spend a little more time on this because I feel as though this has a lot more potential to meet "quality".

00:00:850 (1,2,3,4) - and 00:02:350 (1,2,3,4) - The rhythm is the same but the spacing between both (2,3)'s are significant. Consider re-positioning 00:01:300 (3,4) - or change the layout of 00:02:350 (1,2,3,4) - to match a similar spacing used in the previous measure.
00:10:000 (2,3,4,6) - Why not keep consistency and use two triplets or two 1/4 repeat sliders?
00:14:800 - 00:16:000 - 00:16:300 - have missing beats.
00:16:450 (1,2,3,4,5) - Why such high spacing? The rhythm doesn't change in the song.
00:17:650 (1,2,3) - While I like how this looks, 00:18:550 (3) - doesn't get the same amount of emphasis as 1->2 does.
00:19:750 (3) - Direction of the slider looks unnatural.
00:20:950 (4) - This could also get more emphasis by being repositioned elsewhere.
00:36:550 (5,6) - Spacing seems very tight. Perhaps move the section after (6) more to the right, try to accommodate for slider leniency is what I'm suggesting.
00:44:500 (3) - Undermapped in accordance to your previous rhythm. ie [00:42:100 (3,4) - ] [00:43:300 (3,4) - ]
00:48:100 (3) - Same; there's a missing beat over here that could/should be mapped 00:48:250 -

01:19:450 (5,6,7) - Spacing between these seem unnecessarily high for what the music asks for.
01:22:300 (6,7) - The flow gets broken here too sudden where in this identical section you continue it fine 01:23:800 (6,7) -
01:28:300 (6,7) - Same goes for here in comparison to the flow used here 01:26:800 (6,7) -
I also believe this 01:27:250 (8) - lacks enough emphasis. ie [01:28:450 (7,8) - ] [01:29:950 (7,8) - ]
01:37:600 (8,2) - I don't believe these two notes belong. They weren't mapped in the beginning of the song or your next section so I feel like they shouldn't be mapped there either.
01:47:350 (1,2,1,1,2,1) - The NC's could have a more increased spacing to match the buildup for the ending. It feels anti-climactic the way you have it currently.

Youve mapped that as if there were 3x2 hits (Basically: 2 1 2 1 2 1), which doesnt really work well with the music, as you support things that shouldnt be supported and dont support things that should be supported.

The most basic thing on how to fix that would be to add a repeat to the Sliders like this

■ 01:05:650 (1) - This is one that bugs me. Yes, it has 1 full measure recovery time, but they dont add up to 1500ms and I dont know if that's okay or not. If possible, try to change it so that there's 1500ms between the Spinner and the next object

I personally think that the Advanced could need some more aesthetic-focused mods, but meh.

See, 00:40:450 (1,2,3,4) - itself is already close to something that I'd note down into a mod. These 4 objects could be read as a streamlike combo since they're so close together. Im always trying to have the "worst" player (that's still able to beat this map with a ~B rank) in mind when mapping/suggesting changes.
(Edit: I guess you can take the highest diff in any set out of that thought, since things can and probably are supposed to be crazy in there)

Assuming that not-so-good player has problems in catchung up with all the speed-strain that is in this map (which is actually pretty damn high), he might find it difficult to differ slowdown circles from a semispaced stream after all of these overlaps that you can find in this map.

Ofcourse theyre no problem to you, but this is not what you should check for - unless it's a diff that is within your playable range. You also dont shoot support towards short Streams in Easy diffs, just because you can play them.

But again, I didnt mention the 4 Circles in my actual mod, because they're probably still in subjective okay range. I just took that as a bonus to support the NC (at least it makes sense to me like that)

Edit (because I dont feel like adding another post below that): With all the recent Quality DQs - No, I do not find it ridiculous to discuss over even the slightest reading problems. Im trying to get my point to the mapper - why I think this or that should be be done and what it'd to to the map or player. Is possible improvement a bad thing?
And yes, the overlaps all over the place are a problem itself. Im yet to decide about this myself.

Personnally, this diff contains a lot of overlaps that can be read by players who have enough skills at reading.
If it were just a single pattern like this, I'd say, okay there must a NC here to avoid confusion etc.
But look at the whole diff, there are overlaps and things like this everywhere on this map (without NC). If the player can't read the mentioned pattern properly, then he can't read the whole map, that's logical.

And don't you think that it is ridiculous to debate just for a NC ? awh god, Shame on us. Please Fort add a NC to make this pattern better to read for players.

Changed some more small things with Smoothie in IRC

Now, there's two things I quickly want to point out. Call me rude if you want to, or that I dont appreciate mapping styles, but Im just trying to point out things that could be done better. Ive asked another BN on their opinion on this as well.

basically what pishi said. Maybe adjust some overlaps for them to make sense with similar counterparts.

I think it'd be great if you could adjust some patterns to be more natural.
To me, the map kinda feels like multiple bits that arent really connecting to each other, whether it be because same-sounding parts have completely different patterns or because of some counter-intuitive design choices.

For example, these following parts all have the same type of music, but completely different patterns:
00:01:750 (4) - Is a Slider
00:03:250 (5,6,1) - Is a slowdown stack
00:04:750 (7) - Is a Slider again
00:06:250 (5) - Is a Slider again (should be a slowdown stack to keep a 2 bar consistency? (a b a b))
00:07:750 (1,2) - Are spead Circles (why are these spread but others arent?)
00:09:250 (3,4) - Is a perfect stack (why not a slowdown stack or the other way around?)
00:10:750 (5) - Is a Slider

So basically, this ends up in a _ a b a a c d a _ situation, as opposed to a basic _ a b a b c d c _ for example
The small letters being different types of patterns

Then, these are the same-sounding parts just before the above ones

00:02:800 (3,4) - Is a Slider and a Circle

fort.exe has stopped working

throwing in an opinion on overlaps because i can
00:07:000 (2) - this one is pretty weird to read because this is the only time in the entire diff that you put sth underneath a slidertrack like this
00:10:450 (5) - this one is a bit smaller than the other ones surrounding it, not hard to read but could be a bit bigger for consistency
00:14:950 (10,1) - why do these stack normally i expected some kind of ~stuff~
00:35:200 (4,5,6,1) - these are a bit harder to get because 00:35:200 (4,5,6) - stack and hide most of 00:35:650 (1) - beneath them, moving 1 a bit can help a bit
00:38:500 (4,6) - is a lot smaller than 00:38:050 (1,3) - or 00:38:200 (2,5) - which looks weird in combination

from what i see the rest should be k, i only mentioned the ones which were annoying as hell

I appreciate your kindness, but I'm doing that purposely, I don't like when much things are same. But I'll take note about this for future maps(diffs).

Even though there is a ton of new posts after the first bubble (Cherry Blossom), not too much has changed.

We also fixed this in multiple small IRC sessions:

- Some borderline-offscreen objects
- A tiny rhythmic problem in Beginner
- Some more minor stuff here and there that I already forgot about

Info about the Spinner on Basic 01:17:950 (1) -
Ive talked to a QAT about its recovery time, and he said that it was borderline acceptable and sent me to ask other BNs about their opinion (I asked some ingame and posted the question in the BN Skype Group).
The result is that 4+1 people thought it's okay, 1 didnt think that it's okay, so we decided to keep it (+1 being myself).
