Do you see Editor when you're in menu? There it is

After that, just drag the song to the game. Done!

It generates a blank canvas for you to map/chart stuff, in which will be defaulted to osu!standard mode
You can then change what you want to map by using F4 > Advanced > Allowed Modes > osu!mania
This will then change the canvas to a 5K platform, to change to other keys, you similarly, use F4 > Difficulty > Key Count * Take note that "Co-op mode" doubles the key count, up to a maximum of 18K

* If you are thinking of just throwing in an mp3 and having osu create a chart for you, then it's not possible _currently_, it might be possible in the future but making maps yourself is a way better idea than an auto generated map in (almost) any case

Heavily doubt that..., in addition to that it would only analyze the BPM the offset and then mash in your standard 1/4-1/8 and 1/16 notes.., doesnt sound like fun files.

Yet wishing for songs or request any is "okay", but yet i doubt anyone will create a map for a song they dont love themselves.
Creating awesome maps usually result in hearing the same song for dozens if not hundreds of times until its perfectly finished.

All you can do is pray and hope/or find some1 that is into that particular song like you are.
(doesnt count for easy difficulties.., easy stuff can get mapped by my granny, since you usually only step the main beat and some small characteristics of certain parts within the song, which isnt that difficult to begin with)

Just get some BPM analyzing programs get your offset right and start creating a map on your own.
Timing is everything, trying to get the correct BPM and Offset usually takes more time than creating the chart itself.
Especially since steps are personal preference, some people love Jacks some like Jump-Streams and others like mashing technical files, you wont be able to create something that everybody loves, but try it for yourself and you will eventually create a nice chart from scratch.

Timing does not take nearly that long, unless you have literally zero sense of rhythm, or you picked something with a wandering BPM.

The best way to find the BPM of something is to use the tap feature in the osu editor. The trick to using it is to NOT keep tapping the whole song. Just tap long enough to get a BPM number that looks close. If you tap 7 or 8 times and get a BPM of say 142 on something, just change it to 140 and see if that's on time, because it probably will be.

BPM analyzers are absolutely terrible, and borderline useless. They never give you BPM numbers that are exact. They only work on simple dance music. Anything with unusual rhythm or a changing BPM will give you a completely bogus result. Please never suggest BPM analyzers again.
