Should be back on coding tomorrow after a few loose ends.

We actually missed the 1st anniversary of osu! (20070701). Oops.
For those who read this page, I give you the chance to see the first ever released version of osu!, on that date, after 18 hours of coding (in one straight run, no sleep no food :P).

(*) Tooltips display when hovering the checkbox as well as the checkbox text.
(*) Fixed taiko sliders displaying hit explosions in random places.
(*) Reorganised options dialog.

Gonna put up a public release tonight or tomorrow, so keep a watch.

(+) Taiko mode replays! Should be totally backwards compatible
(*) Fixed editor button alignment (no longer overlaps chat ticker).
(*) Fixed middle mouse button affecting replay performance.
(*) Improved accuracy of replays when spinners are missed by a fraction of a section (ave. of 7.5 deviation from 60fps, very unlikely).
(*) Ranking screen no longer exits when clicking anywhere (must click back button).

Aargh, replay changes were longer than expected. Taiko replay and spectator should work now.

You know what this means, right? Its time for some osu! game lovin', which has kind've been missing out over the last week or two because of the web design.

(*) Fixed editor allowing hitcircles to be moved off the gamefield at resolutions >640x.
(*) Fixed editor bug where using song select after setting a custom volume in timing points resets volume to 100%.
(*) Generic button middle section expands its width so it no longer needs to be one pixel wide.

The song select screen is too much of a mess atm to push a test release. I have also made netcode changes which will require a Bancho split, which will get nothing but complaints from the so-called "testers" out there. You'll have to wait patiently.

eh.. looks like tomorrow it is (well later today). ran into a few bugs that took quite some time to fix.

(*) Changed spinner RPM to reflect actual mouse spinning speed (rather than spinner revolutions).
(*) Fixed bancho ghost multiplayer games.
(*) Web: Flashlight scores display correctly.

Doing some db maintenance for the next few hours - things might be noticeably slow.

You can blame me for that; me and my authenticity obsession. =/

BTW, I don't think you should make the notes shake. Just the background (not video), the ki bar, and possibly the score.

Just as a side note (didn't quite know where to put this), taiko autoplay should start by hitting the right side of the drum instead of the left?
...and auto will miss the first beat if it's on the first beat of the song
