Ohayo!
Mod from my modding queue! ^w^ (I've also posted it as a M4M request into your queue)
I'll focus mostly on following the drums and on hand-balancing.
As mentioned in the post in your queue, I'll only mod NM and HD, I don't feel experienced enough to mod Poi.

I have to say, I love how this mapset plays x)
Best of luck to get it ranked

- Normal -
00:14:725 - i hear a bass-drum (kick-drum) here and here; 00:14:802 - , maybe add two notes like this?

04:05:648 - and kick-drum here, one on 3?
- Hard -
00:16:879 - move 2 to 3 maybe? Just to mix it up a little
01:03:340 - add on 3 to keep the pattern (double-single-double)
01:31:494 - you could add notes for every snare drum during this pattern. (on 2 here)
These would be; (01:32:110 - , 01:32:725 - , 01:33:340 - , 01:33:956 - , 01:34:571 - , 01:35:186 - , 01:35:802 - , 01:36:417 - , 01:37:033 - , 01:37:648 - , 01:38:263 - , 01:38:879 - , 01:39:494 - , 01:40:110 - ) In my opinion, these make the part more interesting to play while still following the song pretty well.
01:41:340 - add note on 3, snare-drum here
01:45:648 - add another note on 3, snare again
02:10:263 - you could add a note on 1 or 2 here for the snare-drum starting here.
02:20:417 - add a note on 3? (you've used 3-chords for kick+cymbal before)
03:16:879 - at this point, you could add 3 notes for the little piano-slide in the song, like shown below. (I dont know if it's okay to use 1/6 Divisior for that :/)
03:46:340 - same as in the Normal-Difficulty, I think I hear a snare-drum here, so you could add a note.
03:51:263 - ^ same
04:01:648 - I'd move the note from line 2 to line 4, but that's just my personal taste >w<
04:04:110 -and here, I'd move the one on 2 to line 1 (to avoid the mini-jacks I guess)
04:10:725 - Move the one on 3 to 2
01:03:340 - add on 3 to keep the pattern (double-single-double)
