i am pretty happy about this, my part turned out pretty well i thought.
Let's divide this post in mappers :3
happy30 (part 1)
[General] maybe try to add whistle/finish on some beats witch have only finish (not on all, of course), like on 00:37:007 (1)

Seems better if you put a circle 1/4 before each of those, but whatever.
01:19:025 - the SB here is kind of silly because you see the normal background for like half a second after the spinner, and then it changes. Maybe just make it solid white for when the spinner ends, and then keep the fade in at 01:19:074 (1) like it already is.
BATs might say that some of the SB images may be too large. Some of them are larger than 800x600, like d6a432f3e87116b13d88a927f9314ca5.jpg, 4e730c5c30e4f1f5c8cd9df2fc1f09a3.jpg, 948d6e83d0f4dd6fa06804b7d03b7605.jpg, and 0511118c8145c38f9a7b52e391275394.jpg (what the hell are these file names?!). That first one is well over the limit since it's 836x1200.
Also, the file size on 0511118c8145c38f9a7b52e391275394.jpg is particularly large compared to the others.

Wow, I seriously didn't know that this was Touhou related. Guess I didn't pay enough attention to the tags.
Now that I know who that girl is in the background makes me like this song even more.
