You can see at the amount of notes that the Muzukashii has too many notes compared to Futsuu (which hardly has more notes than Kantan - do not do anything about this though since the Futsuu contains too many notes without spread), while the Oni contains too many notes compared to the Muzukashii making the Inner Oni obsolete since the Oni is already overmapped too much (and the Inner even more)

00:18:448 (20) - Remove this note, it seems rather unnecessary (especially since the big note is coming up)
00:23:448 (30) - Either remove this note or make it a small kat due to the note having not that much importance to the song - deleting this also creates a 4/1 break which would be pretty nice here

The Kantan is pretty okay for me, not sure about your usage of 3/2 notes but it doesn't look too bad. A few more mods should also get rid of the remaining problems that might still be there with the rhythm
[Futsuu]
00:02:781 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Delete one note around the middle of both 1/1 "streams" since this is too much for a Futsuu, this part of the song and an intro
00:10:614 (8,9) - You shouldn't use a Kd doublet in Futsuu. It won't hurt to remove the finisher

Won't go into too much detail, instead I will give you some guidelines and look what you make out of it.
00:09:114 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17) - Mainly patterns like these are troublesome. It's 14 notes in 1/2 going on (the 3/4 note doesn't really count as break and is seen as 1/2 for this mod) which is a lot compared to the Futsuu which, like a normal Futsuu does, only has 1/2 triplets and a few 5-plets. You have to reduce the length of these patterns a bit by making one or two breaks in them.
00:19:781 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - Same again with this pattern, which is a little bit shorter but has a 1/4 triplet. A first step to fixing this is just deleting 00:19:948 (6) - this note.
00:46:281 (4) - This is too overmapped
00:50:114 (17,18,19) - Having a triplet is not necessary
01:02:781 (19) - This big note is unnecessary too
01:03:448 (21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31) -
With the kiai start the map kinda goes nuts. You should not follow the drums nearly 100% in this diff, it's too much. Reduce the amount of 1/4 you have - especially in mixed 1/2+1/4 patterns. Do not use ddk/kkd in these, too. Reconsider your overall 1/2 usage, even the simple 1/2 triplets and 5-plets which appear a lot 01:38:781 - to 02:00:114 -
[Oni]
In respect to the Muzukashii, a lot of the long 1/2 patterns have to be cut somewhere like 00:39:281 (6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,1,2) - and 00:45:448 - to 00:56:114 -
This diff contains a lot of notes that are not needed at all - you have your Inner Oni (which is too overmapped in my eyes) to screw around, this Oni needs to fit the spread better which it doesn't atm because it contains highly complicated patterns like 01:48:781 (28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36) - and very long 1/2+1/4 like the one from 45-56 seconds.
