Just giving a quick look at the map, and I basically agree with Elvis's mod. Here are some little 3 a.m. suggestions

[Insane]

01:04:938 (3,4,5) - A triple is not such a bad idea, but it would play so much more better if you moved 01:05:025 (4) to 01:05:198
01:44:649 (4) - You could redo this slider, the shape and the blanket aren't that good compared to the rest of the map.
02:10:487 (1,1,1,1) - Imo, in order to really emphasize the music and not to make such a not-so-challenging pattern here,I'd keep doing 1/2 notes until 02:11:874 and start the 1/8 sliders here.
02:53:493 (1,1,1,1) - Here again, I would not use 1/8 sliders, they are not really challenging and don't fit that well which is quite sad.
00:38:926 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - ^
You could seriously make something much more creative for those parts! Just like you did with 01:02:510 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,1) for example.

01:51:065 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - why doesnt the difficulty of the patterns grow with the tension in the music? would be really nice if you first play all the repeat-slider and then the harder slider-circle-pattern

just an idea how you can move those sliders without deleting/creating new ones

as mentioned already, you may increaase the ar by at least 0.6~ it also looks weird when you have fast sliders with such a low ar (and you dont expect that slidervelocity as well which could lead into stupid combobreak)

About the difficulty, it was meant to be harder than regular hard because Katty's insane is actually harder than regular insane, so the gap would be even bigger if I made it like a hard.

I skipping all similar suggestion. I follow the vocal. This song is 170+ BPM. 1/2 circles, or many 1/2 objects too hard. Unfortunately the most of normal difficulty is too hard. I'm not going to use more 1/2. It's quite good normal. No more, no less. Too boring? Go to Hard.

Alright, since I love DnB and Mind Vortex and all their songs, I thought I'd give my opinion on your Insane.

00:38:926 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - I think there's too many reverse sliders here. I think you could remove all of them except the last two, since these din't really fit with the build-up in my opinion, it just kind of kills it since these are way too easy to do. Just replace the removed reverse sliders with half beats.

02:10:487 (1,1) - You should replace these two reverse sliders with a stream, but leave the other two reverse sliders, they actually fit pretty well. The stream would be a great build-up.

Also, set your preview point here: 01:05:632

Sounds the best there.

It would be much preferable to have the preview point at the start of the chorus, since it gives a better idea of the song to the person who hears it for the first time. The current one could be misleading.

Hi, that's a pretty good map right there! A lil suggestion, I think that AR 9,2/9,3 fits the Insane more than 9, because some parts can be read easier. Anyway good luck with your map!
