What's the difference between osu mania with "scale scroll speed with bpm" and osu mania without that option ? Had that option activated till about 1 hour ago and a lot of maps where extremly fast even on normal

Well exactly what it says, the scroll speed will be scaled with the bpm.

So with scaling, songs with high bpm will scroll faster and songs with low bpm will scroll slower. In order to maintain the same speed with the scaled option, you'll have to lower your scroll speed on high bpm songs and vis-versa. With the scaling option, speed 20 on 200bpm =/= speed 20 on 150bpm, etc etc.

On the other hand, without scaling, your scroll speed will be (mostly) the same on all songs without the scaling option. Speed 20 on 200bpm == speed 20 on 150bpm, etc etc.

In song selection screen or multiplayer room, press CTRL+F3/CTRL+F4 to change the scrolling speed. In-game, at the beginning of a song, you can also press F3/F4 to adjust the scrolling speed.

With "scale scroll speed with bpm" enabled, the base scrolling speed of each map changes depending on the bpm of the map (so with the same speed value setting, a faster song would scroll faster than a slower song). With the option disabled, every map scrolls at the same speed (as long as they have constant bpm, and no SV changes).
