[added] Allow custom hitsounds to be used in Taiko

Coming from here p/3709077
I found out (Damnae told me) that Taiko custom samples do NOT work
So hereby I'm requesting them to be allowed to get used (not sure if feature request of Tech support though)

I don't think this needs much explanation
Shouldn't be hard to implement, as the sounds already exists in skins
/Off-topic, which sound is used for Kat, and which one is used for Big Kat?
Taiko-normal-hitwhistle for Kat, and Taiko-normal-hitclap for Big Kat?

Issue(s) in this thread have been addressed by the following changes:

Allow hitsound skinning from beatmaps. (Damnae)

The changes will be applied to builds newer than b20150115.1cuttingedge.

Please follow up in this thread if you believe more work needs to be done to fix the mentioned issues. If they have not yet been resolved, please provide any new details that may have arisen after this build.

I don't think it works like it should
N:C1/2 appear correctly, but N:C3/4/5 (probobably everything from 3) doesn't work
