i decided to try mod this one because i like the song

00:48:650 (1) - x = 480 y = 248?
00:49:672 (2) - x = 444 y = 48?
01:07:678 (1) - change into curve slider?

00:29:398 (1) - i think replace this slider with a curve slider would be nice

Niva's Galau

change from AR 8.5 into (8 until 8.2).. so it'll match with the CS that you choose

Generally, the diff looks pretty well done, the only problem i find is that you like the sides too much.
01:05:974 (2)- and 01:08:701 (2)- specifically go out of the grid a lot, maybe reposition them to be more inside?

00:32:712 (1) - This just might be better starting at 00:32:886.
It sometimes feels overstacked, 3-stacks are good in some cases, like 00:45:241 (5,6)- and 00:58:831 (3,4,5)-, but notes like 00:38:934 (3)-, 00:41:661 (3)-, 00:44:389 (3)- and 00:47:116 (3)- feel out of place, because there is no piano sound on that note. That is, unless the stacks are the for the one obscure drum beat that is nearly unhearable if you don't silence the hitsounds.

01:18:587 (2) - I like this. It could only be better if it was a complete heart, without the end and start going over the whole shape.
Overall, very solid diff, only issue is the same as in the easy, the notes going out of grid at several places.

personally in this diff i can't feel like the soft feeling that the map should give like with soft curved sliders and not all so straight and strong as it is now,personally you should really think about how it mapped and if it fit to the song... i'm not talking about to re-map but to change some patterns to not have this feeling of straight flow in a soft song Fixed some, I don't really know sometimes that kind of slider and patterns just pop-up on my mind so I mapped it imediately haha :p

00:54:104 (1,2) - I feel this White tick to red tick would confuse a new player. This would probably make most new players panic and mess up.

Very solid difficulty. A few missed blankets and such. Not much wrong here

Map is good, ending is perfect, i like how the maps is neither slow nor fast, perfect for this kinda songs.Plus that slider at the end is awesome. Gr8 work m8 i r8 8/8. ( Great work mate i rate 8/8 ^^ )

and as for the map, your current difficulty spread is kind of not gonna work. the star ratings may make it seem like the spread is fine but, well, it's not. easy and normal are fine as easy and normal diffs (although normal would work better with cs3.5 or something), but niva's diff is more like a lower-tier insane than a hard. the high difficulty settings/slider velocity/spacing of a whole bunch of stuff in niva's diff just prove that more, so... you'll probably need another difficulty to fill that gap. making some major changes to niva's diff would also be an option, but i doubt that's gonna happen since it would make the map so much less awesome

if you end up dealing with the spread, feel free to ask for a real mod through pm or something cuz the difficulties alone are pretty sweet. til then, gbai

and as for the map, your current difficulty spread is kind of not gonna work. the star ratings may make it seem like the spread is fine but, well, it's not. easy and normal are fine as easy and normal diffs (although normal would work better with cs3.5 or something), but niva's diff is more like a lower-tier insane than a hard. the high difficulty settings/slider velocity/spacing of a whole bunch of stuff in niva's diff just prove that more, so... you'll probably need another difficulty to fill that gap. making some major changes to niva's diff would also be an option, but i doubt that's gonna happen since it would make the map so much less awesome

if you end up dealing with the spread, feel free to ask for a real mod through pm or something cuz the difficulties alone are pretty sweet. til then, gbai

your current image suffers from a lot of compression artifacts (the block-y colors that result in none of the color gradients being smooth), so I remade your bg using this as the base.

And I'm following the rhythm piano on Easy because it has less notes to be mapped instead following the melody one. So there's some 1/1 notes e.g. 00:01:177 (2) - That skipped the red tick on 00:01:588 - so it's not like I ignore that piano sound lol

And yes, the genre Chillhop (in which I described earlier) despite being a derivation of hip-hop sometime borders with new age indeed (: You can get more insights of the genre here or (emancipator would be the one of the genre's leading name(s) which possesses a similar soundscape, worth to check if you're interested in delving in the genre further)

I'm agree with New Age because the piano flow really calm and fit that genre, but how you describe that drum beat sound that begin to play from this part 00:37:751 - ? As far as I know that drum beat sound that play on that part is one of kind of hip hop genre like Niva's explaination before and I'am agree with him. So, it's sufficient enough to put hip hop on tags.

In the other hand, why can a Tags make the whole mapset to be unranked? It just a system that make people search this song a lot easier. Take a look on previous July's ranked map (http://puu.sh/fr4BP/0c278a2382.png), It's get ranked after 7 days on qualify section, while the QAT check the whole mapset metadata, gameplay, etc and there's hip hop tags on it, so logically QAT itself agree with that hip hop thing on tags so it can pass the qualify status.

Please no more argue about hip hop on tags, I'm tired to write long explaination. I really apreciate your concern about the metadata eINess, but I stick not to remove the hip hop on tags, I'm sorry ;(
