There are quite a few elements in this skin from other ones. For mixed skins you should put it in your signature or profile only. The elements at a glance that I saw were the (mod.. ect) buttons, cursor, Spinner, button middle and there were others that I remember seeing just not coming to mind right now. Remove all the borrowed / default elements and you will be set.
