So I think you have some cool ideas here, but you don't apply them very well to the song.
For example:
Adding to the song like you do with 00:28:020 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - can be cool if done well, but take care that it doesn't get too be too much, like 01:40:534 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5) - . This just doesn't feel right at all, since a stream like this would work much better with music to back it. I would recommend a rhythm more like
to express the power of the song here with jumps over the long stream.
Adding in rhythms that don't fit with the song like 01:38:649 (3,4) - I think isn't very good, and these would be better off without the 1/3
For the hitsounding, I would recommend trying to use the Normal Finish more often on parts where there is cymbal, like 00:06:077 - 00:07:277 - and so on. Also, consider trying to use the clap for the beats in the drum like 00:06:420 (7) - , 00:07:106 (3) - like it is intended, as these will give solid and consistent feedback to the player.

- 00:23:734 (8) - skipping the important beat on 00:23:906 -
