Looks like an idea at first glance but I don't find this helpful

Reasons

#1 People don't care about winning or losing since there is no such thing as a win/loss ratio which ruins the fun in games

#2 Having unbalanced team in osu! is a problem since the match will end instantly when either side fail

#3 You put a request without a purpose?

I also feel that the players should be able to choose teams.
