I think that track can stay without kiai. It's not really needed, since song isn't intense.

01:05:271 (2) - Seriously? How can you expect a new player to follow that?
01:08:456 (1) - Kind of confusing not as bad as the others.

Slider shapes are confusing the ticks give nothing away.

Terrible Story:

-- +1 circle size please, no one uses these small circles anymore, because they suck.

00:08:757 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - The rhythm is 1/6 though you can put a 1/4 stream over it and convince yourself that it's 1/4. Example 00:08:889 (3) - should be snapped to 00:08:934.
00:10:084 (1,2,3,4,5) - ^ and the same for every other stream. You'll probably have to change the way you map this.
00:27:200 (2) - Delete.

Well yeah, that's it, whole song 1/6 nothing more to add.

The other difficulties aren't affected because they use 1/2.
