If you have a beatmap that doesn't do well or if you've stopped working on one, you can manually graveyard the map.

I reject the part after the week the map is deleted forever

I removed that last bit there.
You should be patient with yoru uploads

This feature would destroy the purpose of waiting a month for your map to graveyard as peppy intended to behave.
This was requested many times over the years already.
The only useful request that was passed in 2012 concerning graveyard maps was a feature to disallow the graveyard counter to reset when someone else posted in your map thread.

They do actually lol, but of course it's forbidden unless you have a duplicate map. 
This is denied many times before, eg t/90349
