I haven't played the map, but why DOES it have to be approved? It shouldn't matter if it's 5 minutes long so long as the score is low enough...

Seconding the approval question. It's easy, relaxing, got no ninja patterns and score is under rankable criteria. In fact, the map is very newbie-friendly, so I don't get it. Only because of 5:46 song time?
