i still stand by my word though that the first shot should be fired rather sooner than later. else all we do is RVS-ing and then everyone will goof off until someone shoots.

I suppose the game won't move until someone shoots. I am not suggesting YOLOshooting but... its kinda what will happen.

The game is funny, after all, even if we "catch" a very likely scum and someone has to shoot them, maybe the shooter would end up killing themselves.

Also why are you guys voting? I still don't get it, the lynch only happens if everyone uses up their shot and the game hasn't ended.

Because I feel like I need to clarify this:

Lynch mechanic is present but just without the deadline until the specific condition meets. Also, the votes reset upon successful shooting.

It is extremely bad just on the setup alone. Just planning shots is infinitely better in the long run, but even better than that is planning on who shoots who only after we decide on which two to put on the block.

Olanning the shots might give you some basic information on whos a daywig and who is a selfwig, butbthis plan can backfire badly if we pick the wrong players.

The first pass is almost never going to turn out good for town, but it's more likely to work out than if we just TROLOLOL shoot because we could force the mafia self-vig to shoot.

This plan inherently makes getting chosen a huge risk for the mafia, so they're going to want to edge out of it as best they can. It's better this way rather than choosing who's shooting who right away because the case where the mafia vig is asked to shoot someone results in absolutely no pressure (outside of shooting his partner, but eh).

I don't see how it's any different than how wagons work fundamentally.

okay i actually meant that replacing out thingie but apparently nobody took it seriously so fuck it.

i don't know if scum sakura would be retarded enough to think this was a ood idea, but the thought of town sakura being this downright stupid makes me think that this is a very yolo scum play.

has anyone here any objections with me shooting sakura?

this also might be a bait from a self-dayvig scum sakura to kill her in order to protect her teammate, though that would be a disaster to happen. overall i'm just very confused because shooting cb like that (or anyone really) is so very sakura unlike and so very, very stupid.

Sakura literally why. Your suspicion on CB was pretty much nothing... you didn't even let CB reply... (the Too Late! probably meant she already submited the shot)... also I hate stuff based on other games!

Well anyways I didn't expect YOLOShooting even if I said it. The fact she shot CB makes me think she just wanted to shut up a strong town player so yeah, sounds like scum.

the only things i can hold up as positive for sakura is that she admitted to the shot.

still, we can't possibly let her live, because what if she is scum bunking on a safe pass?

and then, in case that sakura isn't scum, we have to shoot the guy who shot sakura because fuck he might have abused that massive fuck up.

you initiated a spiral of doom for whatever side you're on sakura. you basically eliminated almsot any chance of this game being solved in a logical manner.

Also for those wondering why i shot CB, it was a gut read, but no one was doing anything and it didn't seem like anyone wanted to do anything so at least you should be thanking me for bringing this town out of apathy.

No, I would suspect you to be town rather than a scum, simply because you'd have nothing to gain by shooting this early. If you really are scum and did this, then that was a retarded move altogether (because you'd be forced into random townshooting, hoping you wouldn't get shot). However, if you were playing your cards in a way to gain sympathy of players, like you're getting it from me right now, then it was a gamble. it works with me tho, ayy :D

-A confused town
-The attention being completely drawn from the second scum
-Manipulation on further reads (everything she says now could be invalidated imediately if she flips scum and we had to rethink everything)

there are reasons for such behaviour. I do agree though that it is very Sakura-unlike to be quite this sloppy in execution and gameplan, since she likes perfect wins and there are a dozen more fun ways to fuck over town in this one that yoloshooting and admitting to it.

Lol, I already posted about how trying to kill someone can backfire, that's why we can't inmmediatly get rid of obvscums.

I have no problems with shooting Sakura if that's what you want, also I do not think Mafia knows who the self vigs are.

But if i were scum it'd be the town's job to kill me regardless of me being useless or not, idc either way, seems like me not being able to focus on mafia has really cramped my style anyway, besides people not wanting to do anything i yolo shot to spice things up, and now people want me dead, and we'll end up with 2 dead towns.

sakura is the only person we can shoot with still having hope of winning this.

sakura is useless, and that's the main reason that she is the one who should be shot, preferably by who you lot think is the most scummy player in the game currently. that way we either:

a) only kill one townie, then proceed to let the next highest scumread shoot the guy who shot sakura
b) kill a scum sakura, have a confirmed town in the gy who shot sakura, two vigs still up and running and can coordinate further in order to not let these two vigs shoot out the other.
c) scum panics and random shoots one of us, leaving sakura as conf town since she can neither be the shooting scum nor be the suicide scum

this way, we hold open all options. we can't risk losing 2 vigs again today; it would be synonymus with losing the game. that's why sakura is the prime target for the next shot, regardless of whether you believe her to be a dumb town or a dumb scum.

sadly we osu mafia typical have multiple lurkers (nyquill, gumpy) which we can barely read at all, and that will complicate stuff. especially considering that apparently gumpy replaces out.

if sakura flips scum, nyquill is a primesuspect though for the sheer fact that sakura gave him a townread just on basis of saying "oh no don't yoloshoot", then going back to lurking again, while scumreading gumpy for the same reason.

which is why everyone should vote for who he thinks is the scummiest for the shootie. because then the shootie is like "what? me? shooting? but today is wednesday, i can't shoot someone on a wednesday, don't be riiculous" or smth like that.

unless you have a better plan that doesn't involve randomly shooting anyone and ties up the lsoe end that is you, then go on!

i also am tempted to just shoot anyone because this game bores me greatly and nobody seems to want to do jackshit. deadline for the target and killer is in 12 hours. after that the guy who leads killer (navizel currently) please go on and shoot the one leading in target (currently sakura).

fun thing is that i'm almsot 100% sure at this point that the only possible scumteams are gumpy/sakura and gumpy/nyquill,m because both nyquill and sakura are defeatist as fuck and gumpy declaring "lol not gonna play lol" right at the start would explain that pretty well.
