Ahmmm... I don't know if this is a DUPLICATE.

For what is this site? Well it is for:
1. NEW Language requests. (for e.g. Filipino - Philippines)
2. EVERYONE who can contribute in their language (like opening/creating a forum).
3. EVERYONE (or only those supporters with KUDOS) who can vote if the suggested language is okay or not.

Current Localisation Project is fine imo.

I don't particularly like a voting system for translation projects. The main problem is that not many people are interested in translation projects, so you'll be lucky to have 2-3 consistent translators for a language (ie those who actually reads the website you proposed) vs a lot more people who think it's funny to put inappropriate stuff into the translation tables. Most players don't care.

I personally don't see a need in this but I'll let others decide.

No voting system please. osu! used to use a website like yours for its translation, but it failed to bring correct translations. Basically and as far as I am concerned, when I discovered it, I noticed that 2, maybe 3 translators submitted a long time ago inaccurate French translations (too litteral or with grammar or punctuation mistakes), probably speedvoted them among themselves and then abandoned the website. I submitted new strings to fix the ones that were already voted, but nobody was there to vote them. I couldn't see the names of the original translators so I couldn't contact them in game. As a consequence, I abandoned the website.

A voting system is perfect for l10n team in companies but for an online community, it is way too slow and inefficient.
The current system isn't ideal either because it is more easily prone to vandalism but at least it is efficient (that is, everybody can fix minor mistakes on the fly with having to vote and wait).
