It seems fine now, though you can get more points with hard then with insane.
That's kinda weird, mabye spice things (extra notes/sliders) up on insane, or mabye copy some things from Hard in it.

Uncapitalize "And The" in the source. So it should be "The Bold and the Beautiful"
And possibly capitalize the v in "TV" (TV Opening) OR maybe even rename the song title itself to "Theme Song" since your mp3 says Theme Song. It's sounds more authentic that way.
