Here's my mod as requested.
[General]
- Make sure to set up a preview point for all difficulties.
- You can add kiai time that starts at 00:50:008 - and ends at 01:06:418 - . Add another one at 01:31:033 - to 01:47:444 - .
- This mapset doesn't have a difficulty below 2 stars for it to be ranked, so you should make an easier difficulty if you're aiming for rank.
- A better offset for this song would be 803.
Be sure to apply the mods first before applying the new offset! Resnap all notes and timing points as well. For the timing points, add +26 ms for all of them except for the first uninherited timing point.

HP 8.8 is too strong for a Hard difficulty, so it's highly suggested to nerf that.

00:48:982 - For this one, you should add an LN that lasts up to 00:50:008 -

01:35:520 (95520|5,95520|6) - Ctrl + H for symmetry
01:57:187 - Add a note here for a stronger crash

00:33:085 - For this one, I suggest this pattern:

01:51:674 (111674|2,111930|0,112058|2) - Same suggestion as the first one, turning these notes to double-notes so it fits that measure.
