I think that's mostly it. I know I didn't disclose the contracted ability flavor in this post (I'll do it later when I'm less lazy), but I don't think I missed anything else.
Also, all the mistakes I made as a mod this game were because my organization of everything was completely terrible. Don't have two different documents that you have to make use of in order to create updated role PMs by mix and matching. It doesn't work.
I hope you guys had fun with this game regardless. It was fun watching you guys try to figure out the setup ( *:

Mafia Powerup Mechanic
For every two magical girls aligned with town that contract, the mafia gain the ability to give one member a role from the following list (each member can only gain one total):
Godfather (kill immune+investigative immune) I decided to give the role both because the kill-protection would have a very low chance to be useful (0% in this case, as mafia had the vig shot), and there would be only one case where the investigative immune ability would be useless. This ensured that this role would always have at least some use to scum.
Ninja (track/watch immune) I must have forgotten to remove this one. I was tweaking the setup up until the game started and must not have noticed that this role was useless between the time that I changed whoever had Watcher and when the game started.
Encryptor (day chat while alive) Day chat can be extraordinarily strong for scum, but an Encryptor has downsides that reduce its effectiveness.

Also, this setup got altered even more than Higurashi did to reach the current state, just to let you guys know how difficult this was to try to balance while also keeping it in flavor.

I was headdesking at the roles mafia ended up rolling at the start of the game and thought they'd end up facerolling with them, but both of them ended up getting blocked.
This type of mechanic really needs work to not run into shit like this.

And yeah literally the main reason Drezi died was because he was replacing out, but also because he was interfering with my mislynches (mainly Frostings)
replacements have little to do with reads. I scumread TN, and I scumread Sakura based on her own actions too and noone gave a damn.
anyway this game was really one sided with us having beeboy SNB and Sona for nothing but distracting town. also this is why I won't play with beeboy again, not only he does stupid and scummy stuff as town, we can't even lynch him for it when he rolls scum cause we already know that it's the norm for his townplay aswell.. and he /ins for every game so.. yeah.

While undoubtedly you did scumread me in the beginning you ended up sheeping me onto beeboy and sona in either case, that's how I saw it, regardless of whatever reason you may have had for it.

I never voted beeboy, and I was the one who suggested Sona instead actually.. Even though I said it countless times that both of them are worthy of a PL and I wouldn't mind either being lynched off, my main reason for proposing Sona over beeboy was that I didn't want to lynch the target YOU suggested. Also I was pressuring Sakura as I was going under the assumption there was no godfather so town would have known Sakura was scum d4. Town would have lost either way but I am getting hate for my play this game so I may as well show you my thought process throughout it.
Also scum could take advantage of inactivity as NH was able to get prodded 3 times (unless my eyes fail which happens a lot without glasses) but could get away with it
