offset -8 feels a lot better here, remember to resnap the preview point and all timing points mod is done with your original timing
on top of that, the offset is unnecessarily early, it should be moved to 00:01:598 - so that there are no issues with nightcore mod starting earlier than the song (I checked, and there are no sliders starting on the red tick before, so you won't have to worry about sv changes not getting applied properly)
you could add the english translation of the title and anime to tags

00:08:463 (3,4) - would work better with your pattern to put the normal sample on the end of 3 instead of 4

Most of the time, a drummer won't put bass and snare on the same beat. will be the last time I mention the hitsounding this mod, but I'll go through them for the recheck
CS 3.5 works really well here, still avoids the 1/2 overlaps but makes the spread quite a bit better

CS 3.5 works really well here, still avoids the 1/2 overlaps but makes the spread quite a bit better alright cs3.5

Applied all hitsound suggestions and replaced spinner in easy diff with 2 bar repeat slider + circle

~~I have no idea why some timing points are randomly off by 1 MS but I'll go through the editor and resnap them all~~

01:04:340 (5,6,7,8,1) - consider rearranging the stream so it leads into the slider directly and so that there isn't a jump between the last note and the slider (equal distance throughout) Or rotate the stream a few degrees counter-clockwise and move it closer to the slider
