General
Why not add some audo lead in? Something around 1000 should be fine, just manually edit the .osu file.
Can you please link me to a source that says that this should not be TV Size? Because if that's the case,I'll have to call the cops for something.

Insane
In it's current state, I can't pass this. Take this in mind according to my bubbling criteria. (however, I found this to be because of the high HP rather than the actual diff of the set)
I feel AR 8,7 is too much for this, specially in the slow part at the start.
HP drain also feels higher than what it should, take in mind that you have a very slow part at the start.
00:30:364 (1,2,3,4,1) - I found this jump (3,4,1) hard to read due to the fact that (1,2,3) is spaced so closely, and then (3,4) is spaced normally and you go BAM jump into (1) (which is partially hidden under (3)). You might benefit from stacking (4), making (1) nor be hidden under (3)'s body or remove the jump. Your choice ~
00:58:271 (1,2,3,4) - I have never been a fan of these "2014 1/4 sliders". You kids nowdays and your silly techniques~. Anyway, I found this to be a very mean spike on the difficulty of the map, considering that up until this point not many Insane patterns have been introduced.
00:59:201 (1,2,3,4) - This spacing right after such a wide spacing in the previous combo plays counterintuitively, since there's no musical cue whatsoever that makes you think you should slow down, if anything, the music is actually becoming more loud.
00:59:666 (1,2,3,4) - I am quite sure that this place is actually in 1/6 rather than 1/8. If you add a softwhistle (not a custom one) to these sliders is quite easy to hear that, actually. Why not try this?
01:00:480 (2,3) - I found this rhythm easier to read when you add a non-custom whistle (I like the normal one, but soft is ok too) on (2)'s and (3)'s sliderstart.
01:02:341 (3,4) - 01:04:201 (2,3) - 01:07:922 (2,3) - 01:09:783 (2,3) - ^same
01:02:922 (5,6) - These shouldn't last 3/4. There's nothing in the music either at 01:03:271 - nor at 01:03:736 - . You can benefit way more from the music if you make these 1/2 long and make them a slider-mirror jump or something. Oh, and add finishes (soft) OR whistles (normal) to each start to match the "Hey"'s in the music.
01:05:248 (6) - Something else should be added to the sliderstart to emphasise the "Ohhh" at (6)'s start.
01:05:713 (1,2,3) - No. Make the spacing even. There's no musical cue for (1,2) having a wider spacing than (2,3). Heck, you want something pretty? Take (2), stack under (1), rotate 120 degrees. Take (3), stack under (2), rotate 120 degrees.BAM TRIANGLE JUMP WITH EVEN SPACING YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO MODIFY THE NEXT PATTERN WHAT IS THIS MAGIC?
01:08:969 (6,1) - This could look and flow much better if you made it follow the flow of (6).
You alredy have a lot of flor-cutting patterns near this section.
01:10:364 (4,5) - Same as 01:02:922 (5,6)
01:11:759 (3) - This needs something to emphasise the "HEY" in the backgound. A finish, a whistle, I duuno, the clap doesnt seems enough to me.
01:13:155 (1,2,3,4) - I guess that this is ok unlike the previous one I mentioned given the fact that it's so close to the end of the map and you have alredy introduced the player to other hard patterns.

Please make the kiais even between difficulties. There's no change in the rhythm you're mapping to make this differently to the other diffs.
01:01:527 (4) - 01:02:923 (6) - Check what I mentioned on Hard an Insane about these "Oh!"s and "Hey Hey!"s, I think adding louder hitsounds (finishes-normal whistles) gives this more power

01:15:248 (1,1) - This is too close for the normal. Also, take in mind that you make the player click on an offbeat after a spinner. That's kind of hard for the normal difficulty players. Why not do a pretty slider instead of the spinner? The sliderticks will help the player understand where to click next.
01:21:527 (1) - Add more timing sections to make the fadeout gradual, not so sudden.

This difficulty was nice. I think you could get rid of some slider overlaps like 00:54:318 (5,6) - , they dont play nice on slow SVs. Your choice though. (say "your choice" to a mapper and you'll get a "no" 85% of the time, hehe

)

There's nothing wrong with this diff. Well, except for the spinner being to close to another object :'(

A lot of people have commented on this already, so I'm going to change this. I would love to keep the 1/1 spacing, so I rearranged some notes. This should be much more readable now.

In it's current state, I can't pass this. Take this in mind according to my bubbling criteria. (however, I found this to be because of the high HP rather than the actual diff of the set)
I feel AR 8,7 is too much for this, specially in the slow part at the start.
HP drain also feels higher than what it should, take in mind that you have a very slow part at the start. oh snap these diff settings, woops fixed o-o

00:30:364 (1,2,3,4,1) - I found this jump (3,4,1) hard to read due to the fact that (1,2,3) is spaced so closely, and then (3,4) is spaced normally and you go BAM jump into (1) (which is partially hidden under (3)). You might benefit from stacking (4), making (1) nor be hidden under (3)'s body or remove the jump. Your choice ~ stacked (4) and did something else with one

00:58:271 (1,2,3,4) - I have never been a fan of these "2014 1/4 sliders". You kids nowdays and your silly techniques~. Anyway, I found this to be a very mean spike on the difficulty of the map, considering that up until this point not many Insane patterns have been introduced. This should be fine imo, there have been previous 1/4 spams and player should have gotten used to it already + the bpm is relatively low, so it is easy to adapt.

00:59:201 (1,2,3,4) - This spacing right after such a wide spacing in the previous combo plays counterintuitively, since there's no musical cue whatsoever that makes you think you should slow down, if anything, the music is actually becoming more loud. Not sure, those 1/4 slider jumps weren't even that big. They only are in big in Numbers. Due to the slider leniency you don't even have to move your cursor.

00:59:666 (1,2,3,4) - I am quite sure that this place is actually in 1/6 rather than 1/8. If you add a softwhistle (not a custom one) to these sliders is quite easy to hear that, actually. Why not try this? I'll ask some opinions about this one

01:00:480 (2,3) - I found this rhythm easier to read when you add a non-custom whistle (I like the normal one, but soft is ok too) on (2)'s and (3)'s sliderstart. I don't really think it fits imo :<, and neither would it help much to read. Just my opinion

01:02:341 (3,4) - 01:04:201 (2,3) - 01:07:922 (2,3) - 01:09:783 (2,3) - ^same ^

01:02:922 (5,6) - These shouldn't last 3/4. There's nothing in the music either at 01:03:271 - nor at 01:03:736 - . You can benefit way more from the music if you make these 1/2 long and make them a slider-mirror jump or something. Oh, and add finishes (soft) OR whistles (normal) to each start to match the "Hey"'s in the music. There are pretty clear drums in the music tho at those places :O so I'd rather keep them as is, as they also fit with the section nicely

01:05:248 (6) - Something else should be added to the sliderstart to emphasise the "Ohhh" at (6)'s start.

01:05:713 (1,2,3) - No. Make the spacing even. There's no musical cue for (1,2) having a wider spacing than (2,3). Heck, you want something pretty? Take (2), stack under (1), rotate 120 degrees. 01:11:759 (3) - This needs something to emphasise the "HEY" in the backgound. A finish, a whistle, I duuno, the clap doesnt seems enough to me.

01:13:155 (1,2,3,4) - I guess that this is ok unlike the previous one I mentioned given the fact that it's so close to the end of the map and you have alredy introduced the player to other hard patterns.

I believe that orange and bright-yellow colours are too bright and do not work well with the BG. Would you mind fading them a bit to make them look more fitting and comfortable to players' eyes?

You should add a spinner here. The diff needs at least one spinner, so,players' scores will vary a least a bit when the map gets ranked.
Due to rather tricky and slow rhythm in the beginning I would reduce both OD and HP by 0,5. This would make the diff more playable and make sense with the rhythm, so, why not?
00:04:317 (1) - as the tail of this slider is too close to the previous hitobject, some newbies may mistakenly hit it. To avoid this misunderstanding and to make the pattern look neater, please, try to place the tail somewhere else.
00:56:410 (1,2) - there is a very strong beat at the red tick (00:57:108) and to emphasize it, we could use a 3/2 slider here. Example.
01:01:062 (2) - minor - since it is overlapped with the HP Bar a little bit, yu probably would like to move it down a little bit.
01:02:922 (5,1) - minor - this is the only overlap like this in the whole diff, therefore, it looks a bit lonely/random here. Mind replacing this pattern in order to make the diff look more consistent?

The gap between Easy and Normal and gap between Normal and Hard are very different. To make them more balanced, I would increase diff settings on this diff. // Try Approach Rate 5 (4,5 would do just fine, too). CS 3,5 and HP 3,5. Is what I would prefer to see here.
00:13:852 - a very different sound kicks in at that point, so, using a slider here does notsound like a good idea, to me. Why don't you try to use something like this?
Note: 00:28:504 (3) - I would thing about doing the same here.
00:24:783 - the downbeat is unstressed and it does not work well with the music here, I think. An 1/1 slider + a circle would do it better + the downbeat will get emphasizeed. This is what I'd use

Some of the patterns look messy to me, but I guess it happens due to mapper's style. The rhythm is fine, although sometimes ignored drums (@00:51:294) were quite confusing to me.

[Lanturn's Hard]

00:07:573 (3,4,5) - the BPM is low and this part is very soft. + There're very quiet beats, everything is very relaxing and a triplet feels a bit too intense for this part, why not to replace it with a simple repeated 1/4 slider? It would be a bit more njoyable at this part, I think.
00:18:038 (3,4) - the jump feels exaggerated. I like the idea of having a jump here, but I believe that you should reduce DS signficantly, since the music is not very intense. Somewhat around x2,0~ would be better, I think.
Note: 00:25:480 (2,3) - speaking about jumps, you could add one here, it would fit nicely. <3
00:59:201 (3,4,5,6,7,1) - minor - as the shape of the stream looks a bit messy, why not try something better-lloking here? Example.
