Set the BGM level to low and your recording to high so we hear your voice clearly and a bit of the background music.
If you have software which removes vocals, thats fine, you get disqualified only for filtering YOUR voice, not the BGM.

Google "Soundcloud Downloader". There is a website that'll get you the MP3 of whatever track(s) you want for free.
