I think his beard helped him to keep the control. But I agree with something. There should be something that appears in front of the page that you can't remove by scrolling until you read it, when newbies browse the forums. Like those ads that follow you. It should say "READ THIS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING!" or something like that
Even with rules at the top of the page, nobody will read them still. It's clear nobody read the other set in the past. But maybe with it being shorter people will be more willing to read it.

The white space in that strip is to accommodate vertical reading i.e. a computer screen with the automatic mouse scrolling action. The white space is just there to set the pacing and reading speed, basically. The lack of good art is probably the author being new or not employed.

The list is going to be very long, i think i have to add over 200 entries, so i need a unsorted source spreadsheed where i add the items and then a function which reads this data to make a sorted list on a different spreadsheed. Now my problem is, i dont know how to do various sortings in one spreadsheet (or just one for that matter) nor do i know how to import data from a different one and update this one whenever the other is changed.

You also fucked up on the OS, as you need an x64 version to use more than 4GB RAM in total . This includes both GPU and system memory, and it's going to take away from those 4GB RAM to make space for the graphics card.
Maybe if you strictly play old games, but newer titles are a no go. Not counting 2D games.
can you post your current pc specs? If your motherboard runs with DDR2 RAM and has an old CPU socket you will have to replace your motherboard, CPU and RAM, otherwise you will be 'upgrading' your PC with old outdated hardware. And you'll have to get a new GPU, and a new HDD unless you're happy with 300GB. Basically you're looking at building a new computer and replacing every component except for the case and CD drive.
IMO you should hold off on sending your desktop for maintenance until you have a better idea of the stuff you want.

The environment changed drastically, the sky adquired a strong red color, lightings were impacting and a huge, circular portal was forming behind Cancer, created by 6 romboid crystals.
"The Evil One will feast on your souls!!"
"So that's it? It's over?" said one of the members.
"No, we are far away from being done here." said the leader as they saw Cancer standing up from the ground.
"That was good, but it's not enough. Struggle more, scream louder! We are so close-"
"Master, the portal!" said one of his followers.
"What? What's wrong with the-?" says Cancer as he noticed the Portal began shrinking to its closure. "Why? Why is it shrinking?"
"I don't know, it just- No. The Chrono-Crystals.. are gone!"
"Huh, what a bunch of dolts are you." says as he recovered its previous form. "Or this.. this was your idea? Mmm, not bad, not bad, I have to admit-"
And suddenly, a mysterious fist pierces Cancer's chest from behind, stealing both its power and life essence.
"You... It had to be you... Bastard..." says as he fells to the ground.
"Hahaha. Phew, that was close. Finally you let your guard down" says Trash Boat as he incorporates the stolen atributes to himself.
"Trash Boat, how dare you to betray us? We were about to create a new order, a new world!"
"There is no need to worry about that anymore. Your 3000-years old race will be vanished from existence. And all's right in the world! Hahaha- Argh.."
Suddenly, a dark aura started possesing him, surrounding it.

Then, a massive light surrounded everything. "I still have time... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Trash Boat regains the consciousness after that last battle, though with Cancer still in his body.

As long as we have control over the portal that connects the ages, we can do whatever do we want. We will build the future. Now enter."
"Trash, the portal is closing, what's going on?" says Wojjan.

The Portal shrunk into nothingness, closing the connection between the ages.

Oh, hi there! Let's take this moment to reflex about everything that happened recently. This subforum used to be a peaceful place, everybody was welcome and the conversations were quite relevant and interesting. But then something occured, something arrived to this once called paradise... The website became very popular at some point, attracting too many new people. The newbies started lurking over these places, and at some point, some of them adquired a conduct that could be specified as "trolling". This generated tons of threads and posts that they aren't supposed to bring any kind of contributive content, most of the times. With time, this generated something called what do you guys call cancer. This thing "infected" most of the integrity of the Off-Topic subforum, turning it into a trash can. Several ground rules has been applied to keep it as low as they can, so it's not that rare that you can contemplate some peace over there, though. Evil is within all of us, we are human after all. But that doesn't mean we can't fight back. Do something for a change. What I'm trying to say is this: Let's take the bag out of that can, so we can put a new, clean one. Let's leave the past behind for a new, bright future. I will take charge of this, I'll try to keep the garbage production to a minimum. This is my way to say sorry for all that.
