Hello! The info seem to be clashing, can you specify exactly how should it look? I mean, there will be the picture, of course, the text as well, but how about the background? If it's transparent, should I make a border around the transparent area or simply leave it completely transparent with no border (where you wouldn't be able to tell if it's a rectangle or not)?

Yep, I can animate it. If you want it fading in and out, no problem Sparkles and bubbles are doable as well. Though, it will take quite a bit of time.

About buttons. Since all I do in Photoshop is the picture with no link tied to it, it's physically impossible to make the link permanent that way. What I do is create and upload the image and then tie the link to it via BBCode:
