Is there a specific program or something I need to download osu!mania? I can't figure out how to get to an osu!mania function on the main osu! program.

Bottom left of the screen you can click on the game mode button to change game mode.
Download some osu!mania beatmaps (there are several osu!mania beatmap packs in the beatmap packs tab). They show up with a piano key icon in game. Maps made specifically for mania are better than standard maps converted to mania.
