The science and physics behind rollercoasters are pretty interresting.

Twisters as example are designed to have your heart as ancor point (or atleast close to it) to avoid damage to your blood network thingy.
Thats why some roller coasters have height limintations, not only to make sure that nobody too small for the holders will ride it.

It's not a console, it's just another gaming gear.

I played some spooky game on the Oculus Rift once. Luckily some guys showed up to show it off at some expo center on campus.

It was pretty impressive and engaging (though somewhat disorienting), but the game seemed pretty low-end so I couldn't take it too seriously.

Most Oculus Rift titles are pretty barebones/low end at present. Whether that's due to the developers spending more time playing around than developing for the title or the fidelity of the optics themselves, I guess it is what it is. With the improvements in resolution for the optics in the new version of the OR, I suppose the resolution issues will be lessened.

I've been watching Markiplier play with it a little bit, and most of his chosen games look like ass.

Well I would take it quite seriously, but the sad thing is that I don't think that should be the focal point of any "threat" discussion. Why? Because right at this moment, people are dying in wars, starving to death, suffering immense damage from the current economic crisis, and meanwhile all the kids (both physically and mentally) are living in their Anime world behind computer screens, talking about nonsense that could "ruin" the world.

No, I'm not saying that you are a child in any way (probably because I don't know you at all and have no right to say that) and I'm only answering on why no one really should be taking anything serious in OT. God forbid we start talking about the politics, economics or history - I would get cancer during the first hour of it.

Defenestration is a word also used to describe the act of throwing somebody out of the window. It does not only relate to dismissing a person from a position in power.

A character standing on the side, holding a courtain or something alike out, covering something.
Now if someone opens the spoilerbox the same character stands there but with the courtain down, revealing something. Not sure what though.
