I just want to point out that there are many different ways to train and certain method may suit some but not others. If anyone is creating any sort of new training package, please name it "XXX's Training for <Target User Level>" or something like that. Different training packages should be allowed to co-exist with one another.
Since there are already many threads in this forum that covers specific training component, I think it'll be a good idea to have a new and centralised stickied thread that keeps track of
links to all training/improment threads. This way you can get away with having only 1 sticky instead of many (and save time from re-inventing the wheel). The tracking thread OP can then be organised into categories, much like
t/99612, with the difference of providing links instead of actual advice in OP. Of course, there will be extra categories like "Beginner's Training" and more.
If this does happen, it'll be great to include links to "Health and Safety" related discussions too.
EDIT: LOL I just realised that the acronym "OH&S" can be applied to osu as well. Instead of reading "Occupational Health & Safety," it could be "OSU Health & Sanity" xD
