I think Kiai should be placed in the same areas for all the maps not just in different parts.

Overall its pretty brutal for a diff and lacks a break.

uhh, this map is somewhat chaotic
00:10:234 (1,2,3,4) - Hmm, this doesn't sound well, and it's hard to read.
00:11:612 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Revise spacing, it's a bit confusing...
00:18:402 (9,1,1,1,1,1) - Doesn't sound too well >_< and fix spacing
00:26:139 (1,2,3,4,5) - Don't fit
00:39:718 (5,6) - Warn about this (?)
00:46:665 (1) - Too long >_<
01:01:665 (1) - Hmm, make this slider nicer plzz

Delete the .osb.
Nogard's Seduction has a different preview point than the other diffs.

00:49:234 (1) - Claps on first repeat and endpoint?
00:50:497 (1) - Finish?

A little iffy for the easiest difficulty.

Man, I <3 Ultimate's diffs.

Why does this diff have a bunch of uninherited timing points?
Some of the streams are quite crazy.

00:01:234 (1,2,3,4) - Remember; timing points before the actual note, unless it's a slider tail/tick or spinner end.
00:18:402 (9,1,1,1,1,1) - I found this quite unreadable.
00:23:297 (1,2,3) - Why do these kicksliders start where they do? I don't really feel any rhythmic reason for it.
00:39:718 (5,6) - I don't think these fit at all. :/ I'm strongly of the belief that maps should flow intuitively.
00:52:823 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - Err...this might be a bit too hard, even for Insane+.
00:57:876 (6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - ^, although not to the same extent.
01:09:402 (11) - This slider is terrible, please make it better-looking. It's also unrankable because it's impossible to determine which way it's going without snaking sliders.

Don't really see any severe issues, but:

Cut the unmapped part of the mp3.
Delete "Blue Dragon" from the tags.
Any custom colours in "Normal"?

Not sure if Normal is easy enough as the easiest diff, but I won't touch the protobubble. Definitely consider making an Easy.

Okay, the only thing you have to do here is add a inheriting section on both easy and normal at 00:31:425, with hitsounds at normal ( volume at 90% ) instead of soft. Keep the normal for the whole song after this section ( that is, make all the sections after this have a normal instead of soft ).

That shall do it. That's all.

to me the offset, for Ultimate's Seduction, is still: 1.234

iono how you ppl get offset: 4? ~o.O~

btw: offset: -29 was also good

Err yes? -29 was so horribly off that my ears started bleeding.

More specifically, the offset shouldn't be placed in such a way that you end up mapping in the negatives, which is what was happening here. You're trying to say that the first beat occurs 29ms before the music file even starts? Maybe your universal offset is wrong.

This, basically. I've experienced this problem before, on a song that actually really uses 0ms, but before I tweaked my UO I had to go -5, which I think was wrong. So yeah, maybe get your UO straight.
