00:10:860 (1) - I would make the start curve a little bit more, I understand what effect your trying to get with the slider, and thats to emphasize the trumpets, but as you can see the squiggly movement in the slider should last until the trumpet ends , which is not until 00:11:534 -
00:02:938 (2,3,) - For some strange reason I think 00:02:938 (2,3,) - is overmapped, there not really prominent sound to put notes on , there definitely a sound, but not enough to put notes on and considering this is an easy.
00:17:096 (2,3,4) - I would do the same slider shapes you did at 00:06:141 (2,3,4) - for some more structured designing, but since a break of consistent design is here to show transition, it might be good, your choice~

Who requests a guest mapper to mod their map

I just did test play and pointing out stuff that I could not read and were bad rhythm to me

00:02:770 - is this even really needed? only causing confusion. Way better if you just make it a circle.
00:03:107 (3,4) - I wouldn't map these guitar, I couldn't tell what these were mapped to when I played it. those guitar are barely audible and should not be mapped to emphasize the previous 2 strong beats.
00:04:118 - I wouldn't map this either. Drum clearly starts at 00:04:287 -

On Insane, 00:47:938 (1,2,3) - this should be snapped on 1/6 or so. If you listen closely, you'll recognized that 00:48:444 (3) - is off beat.
Your preview time is also 1ms late, it should be 00:56:028 - instead ><

That W-pattern, right?
When playing, those notes make a shape, which resembles 'W'. => Basically 3 fast direction changes in flow. So, I think it would be better to adjust those notes so that the direction changes are not that sudden...
Not sure if this makes sense, or if it even is a good idea, though...

from pm request (use the queue next time; it's good to have it bumped):

using that image you provided me, I replaced the pink part entirely (in order to ensure a uniform pink color) and applied some color smoothing filters to the rest of the image, then resized it and applied a slight color curve to buff contrast and saturation a bit. Here you go:
