05:01:426 (1) - I know the purpose of that note, but it can be approved even without it, since the spinner ends in ~5:01. Also it's silent and therefore unrankable, so better remove it.

I'm taking a look at the timing of the last notes. It cannot be always 115 placed in random offsets :p

So... This is what I got. Should be accurate enough, but get it controlled by someone else just in case. As said via IRC, the 1st offset is perfect, so it shouldn't be touched:
  • 1. Offset: -246ms - BPM: 115,00

    3. Offset: 295.093ms - BPM: 100,00

I can't play chained jumps very well but I try my best.

I don't think offset can be minus. Or at least I needed to remove on my mapset too. 1840 seems fine enough to use it. You can still map before the first timing point anyways.Nvm, I saw what Deif said.

00:25:318 (3,4,1) - Its kinda hard to reach (1) after that HDash to (3). Equal distance or Hdash between (4,1) would be better.
00:27:926 (1,2) - I know you followed the music with this HDash but having it at 00:27:840 (8,1) feels better since there is a strong drum.
00:32:622 (3,4) - I think you should remove (4) and just make (3) a slider which ends at 00:32:884. Or just two circle but making (4) into a slider feels a bit overmapped since it follows nothing.
00:34:970 (4) - It would be good if there was a HDash at 00:35:232. There is a strong cymbal sound which makes it possible.
01:18:797 (3) - Just use a circle here please. It gives better feeling and this slider is follows nothing which can't be done with a circle.
01:22:971 (3) - ^
01:30:449 (9,1) - Jump here too would be good.
01:31:058 (3) - How about separating them into two circle with a jump between them? The end and the tail is following two different word from the vocal now.
01:35:493 (8,1,2,3,4) - This part seems a bit overmapped but that is just because you started it wrongly. I would like to separate (8) into a circle at 01:35:493 and a slider from 01:35:754 merging with (1) (ends at 01:36:014). (1) is seems to following nothing loud currently just a small drum at 01:36:014. This can be covered with a slider as I suggested and gives better intro for your 1/6 sliders.
01:47:493 (4,5) - How about mapping this the same way as 01:46:971 (2,3)?
02:00:536 (6) - Simple circle?
02:09:406 (2,3,4,5) - This pattern fit nicely into this song. Try to use more of this kind of jump please. q.q
02:21:667 - 02:39:927 - I think this part should be a bit more calm and just a few HDash is used. This is after the first kiai and the song sound a bit calm too at this part and since you doesn't have breaks which should be considered I think this calm part should be used as a resting place.
03:17:754 (7) - It would be good if you can add a HDash to 03:18:014. Its the start of the kiai And there is a strong cymbal sound too.

I see a clear difference is our mapping style on this song so I won't touch it more than this (and I can't test it properly either). I hope it is still helpful enough. o.o

  1. "b.jpg": That file isn't necessary at all. For the code, make the BG picture fade out instead.
  2. "SB.png": Wow, that file is huge. The maximum allowed by the Ranking Criteria is 800x600 pixels, and maybe you can convert that file to jpg to save a bit more of space.
  3. 00:18:536 - The SB load is over the allowed rankable value. To decrease it, try to reduce the Scale effect of the upcoming picture. Maybe it gets resolved already by changing SB.png, since huge pictures need a bigger SB load.
  4. 03:49:319 - Continue the flower fall a bit more? For example, until 03:50:623 - Otherwise, it'd look a bit "naked" having still a kiai time there.
  5. 04:56:010 (6,1) - Let the credits start at this point, since that's the last note of the song.
Finally, you told me you wanted to change the font of the lyrics. Before adding them into the folder, add in each of them an outer glow or a contour. There were some parts where the lyrics were blending with the BG picture, so that effect would make them easier to read.

  1. Timeline: Oh gosh... There are some beats that doesn't match at all there, and don't represent any beat in the melody. On the other hand, there are some others that could've been added, though the complexity of the beatmap would've increased. Take a look at all of them and where possible, try to remove them:
