Yeah we weren't very impressive this time but nor were Africa. I honestly expected Japan to progress from the group, especially when Honda fired in that opener against CIV. If they hadn't been so woeful against Greece they could've easily passed through. I genuinely think that if we (Australia) were in that same group as Japan we'd have progressed, taking into account how we performed against Chile and the Dutch, but that's the difference between finishing first and second in the qualification group.bmin11 wrote:

costa rica beat uruguayand italy and drawed england. meanwhile greece barely squeezed through with their only win against the ivory coast (who are completely overrated btw) and a draw against japan.
