I've not once tried to tell him what he should play, if so, please do point out where. Only thing I've stated that to be "Cookiezi-tier" (the very topic and motive behind this discussion, if anybody still remembers that), a big deal of versatility is required. Cookiezi was regarded for his accuracy, speed, aim, stamina and reading, DT has just one of these factors: speed.

So no, saying something such as "Everyone plays whatever they want" in a thread titled as "The Road to Cookiezi-Tier" is utterly naive, and as such this thread would be called "The road to farming DT maps"

Stop shitting on people who are not improving like in the way you think should be the best. Atleast he's faster and better in terms of Aim than you, while he has 10k PC less. He never said he gonna stick with DT now forever, so calm your tits melvin.

I specc'd him lol, he's just a nice kid playing and having fun. He did a huge variety of maps, not just DTing easy insanes

maybe the moral of the story is noone is perfectly well rounded and anyone of similar rank is going to have traits they are better and worse than their similar ranked peers at on average. i'd venture to guess that yours is streaming, WubWoobWiz's is aim.

It's probably good that WW trains his aim as early as possible because IMO Cookiezi's main attribute that put him so far ahead of everyone else was, and indeed still is, his unmatched aim.

the hard part will be continuing to develop his aim to be better than everyone elses while still achieving near-lewa accuracy and sayo speed.

OT : I'm sorry if any attention whoring is causing any trouble (I can't really deny it :o ) But both sides of the argument are okay to voice their opinion. And I'm really sorry if what I'm doing is making some people angry or upset or any other negative feeling. He isn't forcing him to play something else, why do you even respond to him if the opinion on Wobos are clearly not addressed to YOU, there will never be the same opinion on something from every person. Besides, you've mentioned he isn't as good as Woobo and has 10k more PC, this person has played over 2years of osu and ONLY has 10k more PC than him. go argue elsewhere if you want to get to some conclusion. the road to cookiezi-tier can be obtained in multiple ways, all of which require much time and effort. sometimes learning multiple things, i.e. hr and dt, does not help. some times things are more easily achieved in pieces depending on the person.

you can almost always loophole your way out of what you say, but the tone of voice can imply many a things. all of you are being dicks right now, and being ignorant of what others are saying.

if you really want to argue about the best way to get there, go ask cookiezi and see what he did. I can guarantee that he did not go through any sort of planned hardcore training.

This all comes down to relativity and perspective really. A person at the top might say he or she is bad because relative to players in his or her range, maybe one of their aspects is bad or something like that. When a lower ranked player says their bad, they're clearly comparing themselves to someone better than them.

sure some pros probably genuinely think of themselves as "bad" because they lack *important* (/sarcasm) skills that other pros have (like insane speed), but i have seen way too many high-ranked players call themselves shit at the game and to be honest, i don't believe for a second that there can be so many pessimistic people in one game

at the end of the day osu! is pretty much a game of attention-whoring and people have different ways of obtaining said attention 8-)

unless they're comparing themselves to cookiezi, in which case everyone except rrtyui is shit Kappa /me runs
