I would like to see an eyedropper in edit mode for choosing circle colors, so you can choose colors directly from the background image. I think it would be useful for choosing accurate colors.

I don't see this coming anytime soon, to be honest.

There's already a thread full of discussion about notes blending into the background and being hard to see.

An Eyedropper tool will only make these sorts of things worse.

Hmm, I suppose that's true, but if you pick some of the more minor colors in the background, I think it wouldn't blend in to the background, but look nice instead.

In the meantime, you can always open a preferred image editor, from MS Paint to Photoshop, eyedrop a color there, then go into detail checking out that color (eg. double-clicking your Foreground/Background color). Look at the RGB of it, then remember those numbers and poop them into your osu! Song Setup's Color settings.

Of course, don't forget to respect the player's eyes --- don't have combo colors that camouflage into the background, especially same color against same color (This is more serious when it's a dark color against a dark color.)

Not just for the osu! background. I want the eyedropper to take colors from stuff you have open on your computer. Any color! This shouldn't be too hard. It would all save us time.
