Why are there like a million 1/8 sliders basically mapping nothing in skystar's diff?

Skystar difficulty is overmapped to hell, the beats don't even match the beats in the song. The sliders are pretty ridiculous too. The timing also seems off. A lot of people like to use the comment "Oh, you're just saying that because you can't play it". You'd be right, I can't FC that but it doesn't mean to say I can't see how flawed it is. Dat rating system be right BATs.

Skystar difficulty and Rising hope difficulty and the insane even are heavilly overmapped with mini sliders that dont even belong there. Broken streams that look like doubles after sliders but play like streams. This is ludicrous. Notes hidden by sliders and sliders and notes which dont even go to the beat..
What is wrong with 2014 maps?
I hope peppy does something about all the bad maps being ranked in 2014..
