Since i searched the Forum and did not find anything going this direction, i request it myself.
I would love to see that a multiplayer lobby could fit more than 8 players at a time. As for why i request this is mostly for twitch streamers playing osu with their viewers. Its really impossible to coordinate that without having huge waiting times for viewers. On top of that i think it would be a fun feature in overall.
People who want to play with smaller lobbies could still get an option of having X amount of players allowed in Lobbies.
Pros:
- More fun when playing multiplayer.
- Streamers / known people can more easily play with bigger communities.
- More possible interaction within the Osu Community.
- People would not be forced to use the feature.
Cons:
- Probably a huge stress for Servers.
- Having to redesign scoring/lobbies and End Screen on multiplayer.
I would like to know some opinions on this and whether or not this is possible for Bancho servers. I mean if its not possible for the servers i can understand the issue, but otherwise i dont see much speaking against this, except for the effort implementing it.
