kinda feel that 00:30:726 (5) - in Hard should be moved to 00:30:847 -
although it's currently reasonable as there IS another track which presents a note on the blue tick,
considering your former and latter rhythm, I do think it's quite unintuitive and out of place

catch me for bubble repairing if you agree on the above

as I was helping with the basic idea of this pattern, I can speak in its favour as well.

Actually imo, the circle is right where it is right now. The synth instrument is caught perfectly well with its current placement and it also gives more time to move the cursor to the incoming slider in time if placement is kept this way. I'm actually open for more opinions on it.

I think the current pattern in Hard difficulty is fine since it's consistent with 00:26:734 (5,6).

The file you used in this image below (including the rest of the diffiuclties) was mapset.png, not mapper.png! You never used mapper.png on your map, so I was quite confused!

In this image below, the top one is mapper.png and the bottom one is mapset.png so...
