Make sure that all uninherited timing points are the same in all difficulties. Though pkhg's Hard is the odd one, AIMod is telling me Insane is inconsistent with Easy and Normal, but I can't see why. - AIBat didn't detect any differences. Maybe AIMod is hurrdurring. I have no idea really.
Why are you using tickrate 2 while silencing the sliderticks? You could use well tickrate 1 and almost everything will be the same (except for a few speed changes in Insane, but they would still be able to catch with tickrate 1). - Actually, there are 2 reasons for my use of tickrate 2. One is of course the speed changes. 04:28:476 (1) - in Insane would be identical to the other sliders otherwise, so yeah. The 2nd reason is that Insane uses a lot of sliderjumps, and it's kinda silly with tickrate 1 that you can hit the beginning, let go, and not break combo It kinda inflates max combo a bit, but I think those reasons are enough to justify tickrate 2 (hopefully)
00:00:100 (1) - I think this spinner should be end in the red tick, sounds way better. - I really think that sounds off/late
[Easy]
Oh my~ lots of low average players will get their 1K combo achievement~ - xD
I know this would be a bit weird, and maybe it's just a personal opinion, but AR4 would fit better here, there are some spots were there are many objects in the screen (01:27:665 - 03:11:449 - ) and would stress beginners a bit, you could also joint some circles into sliders to decrease the density, but again, maybe it's just me. - AR4? Sure (inb4 next mod tells me to change it to AR3 xD)
00:04:802 - 00:14:013 - I'll suggest to use the whistles only in the downbeats, will fit better with the intensity of the piano here. - Good point. Done.
01:41:287 (1) - Maybe avoid the overlap in the extremes for this? - Not sure what you mean?
03:25:071 (1) - ^ - ^
[Insane]
According to AIMod, 00:12:585 (1,2,3) aren't snapped properly. - Derp, fixed.
Considering the length is 5 minutes, I suggest to lower the HP by 1, this will make it a bit more forgiving. - Hmm, yea sure.
00:04:802 - 00:14:013 - I'll suggest to use the whistles only in the downbeats, will fit better with the intensity of the piano here. - Done.
00:16:477 (2) - How about beginning this in the 00:16:639, I felt the piano hit ignored and this would still sound nice with vocals. - Following vocals for tis whole section, so yeah.
00:23:125 (2) - If you weren't silencing the sliderticks this would be fine, but actually, there's a piano hit in 00:23:450 that should have a note imo, also fitting with the vocals going a bit higher here. - ^
00:27:017 - 00:28:314 - 00:29:607 - 00:35:125 - 00:36:422 - Maybe it's just me, but I felt a bit weird having such strong beats and being ignored. - Well, I think it depends on how you listen to the song while playing, and what you let "dominate". If you try to focus on the vocals instead of the piano, it should sound/feel just fine I think.
00:40:314 (4) - Wouldn't this be the same if this was a single circle, I felt the slider a bit weird as it was silenced (also the music fade out quickly there). - Well, Actually, I wanted to map that sliding-like noise, which reminds me that I should change this to have a slider-slide It feels a bit weird to use a note for this tbh (I know I did in easy, but that's easy xd).
01:42:503 (2) - It's better starting the stream in the white tick, also it's a bit overmapped imo, but you just have to delete this. - I don't know, maybe my hearing is shit or something, but for me the drums seem to begin on that red tick and continue to that slider. I'll keep it for now, but yeah, if more people poke at it I'll change
01:42:909 (1) - This slider would end nice in 01:42:422 (1), matches with vocals better than an extended one. - I seriously have no idea what you're talking about here xD
02:09:503 (1,2,3,4) - I was wondering why this stream felt way different to the previous one, there are no drums there, so notes in 1/2 would feel better here. - Damn xD Okay, I'll fix this then, haha.
02:12:098 (4,5,6,7) - ^ - ^
02:17:206 (4) - This circle wasn't in a previous pattern like this a few secons earlier, so it's better to delete this imo. - feels better to me as a 5-note stream though. And the drums seem to go for 5 notes here compared to earlier.
02:19:638 (2) - Remove, similar reasons as I've mentioned above. - ^
03:16:557 (3) - Actually, the triple in the music is a bit later here, move to 03:16:719. - Fixed and replaced triple with repeat-slider.
03:26:287 (4) - As in 01:42:503. - Same as before
03:26:692 (1) - As in 01:42:909. - ^
03:53:287 (1,2,3,4) - As in 02:09:503. - ^
03:55:963 (4,5,6) - Something similar as in 02:12:098. - ^
04:00:990 (4) - As in 02:17:206. - ^
04:06:909 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - y dis stream ;_; Make a rhythm similar to 02:23:125 (2,3,4), you can use only circles here though - Because why not But yeah you have a good point, why did I just make a long stream here xD Fixed.
04:34:800 (1,2,3,4) - As in 01:42:503. - Same as before.
04:37:476 (4,5,6) - Something similar as in 02:12:098. - ^
04:42:503 (4) - As in 02:17:206. - ^
04:54:422 (1) - As in 00:40:314. - ^
05:00:990 (2) - I don't think this triple fit here, you should remove this. - Fixed.
That'd be all from my part, good luck /o/

M4M here
General
- 195kbps mp3 is unrankable. - Hmm, Maybe I really should re-encode this to 192kbps cbr xD Well, I kind of want to know if I really have to, since from what I remember, vbr should just average at around 192kbps. Well, the main reason I don't want to change this is that fixing timing on this is so blah xD
- Inconsistent timing in pkhg's Hard, please check overall again (some are missing and some are off)
I think offset is about -3 globally. I got it using Local offset for this one. Just so you know. - Hmm, I'll take a look into it later when all the timing stuff matches between the diff (I'm including an AIBat run at the bottom of this post).
Easy
02:12:423 (1) - Shorten this slider by 1/2 beat back ? (02:12:909) just to follow vocal as you have tried in kiai so far. Shouldn't be problem at all when the end of slider currently doesn't need to have a clap. - Hmm, I was mostly considering polarity stuff. Made it a 3/2 repeat slider~
03:44:044 (2) - Suggestion, I know it doesn't quite fit with clap here when it has lower volume than 03:46:639 (2) - . But What I felt first time was a bit empty, I would consider adding a clap here just to make it consistent but it isn't important anyways when without having it still sounds fine. - Sure, added.
04:02:206 (2) - kind of similar to above on this slider's head (start) let you consider it. - ^
Nice beat placements as always. >3<~
Insane
This diff is pretty decent, just only some things bothering me.
00:13:290 (2) - unsnapped slider
00:14:005 (3) - unsnapped note
05:06:260 (1) - This spinner will be a bit ridiculous with HR since both HP and OD are 8. I would say it can kill HR players in many ways. so I suggest you reduce HP to 7 instead of 8
^ Fixed from the mod above, but thanks! I'm kiiiinda tempted to put OD9 though, since I lowered HP, and since my map has a lot of sliders... /me runs.

Ran the map through AIBat, pkhg and Kotayo, please check some of those unsnapped stuff, timing and whatnot:
