If anything it's a luck factor of finding the right maps to play/practice on, or spending more time to find them than others

the gap in skill is insane, just on the top of my head :FC atama taisou, HD+HR matzcore, 99.97% 4D, while none of the other top 10 can do as of now.
So, I'd say hardwork is good obviously but can not overcome personality/gene such as confidence, degree of nervousness,finger length etc.
