  1. Check unicode in emmy diff
  2. Inconsistency in Kiai Times, even if is a guest diff, I'll like if you guys keep consistency
Chewin's Insane

  1. 00:04:077 I feel you should bring more emphasis to the vocals here, maybe mapping it like a circle or slider head instead of a slider tail, since is the same vocal as 00:02:141 (4) -
  2. 00:07:948 similar as above, is ok for variation if you're doing it on purpose, but at same time I feel keeping consistency with others similar parts can be nice too
  3. 00:09:883 (4,5) - here too, in others parts with the same vocal lines, you was using a 3/4 sliders but here a 1/2 and a circle, both ways fit the music, but for consistency a 3/4 sliders will fit better your diff IMO
  4. 00:11:819 (4) - using a 1/2 slider and then adding a circle in 00:12:302 will represent better the change of rhythm in the song, like:

  3. 00:16:657 (3,4,5,6) - not a fan of overlaps, but I guess is on purpose
  4. 00:18:956 you're missing a circle here, since you was following the others vocals in 00:18:472 (2,3) - , that's why I feel you should not ignore 00:18:956 -, also a circle streams will fit better the vocals IMO
  5. 00:36:738 (5) - I prefer a curved slider here, for consistency with 00:35:891 (2) - and better flow with 00:36:496 (4) - and 00:37:222 (6) - , similar to this:

  6. 00:41:093 (7,8,1) - a curved placement will flow better and will be consistent with 00:40:125 (3,4,5) - , like:

  8. 00:53:673 I feel the vocal here is really important and should be mapped as a circle or slider head IMO
  9. 00:54:278 I think you should map this beat, since you mapped the other one in 00:54:762

  1. HP7 is kinda evil for a hard diff, also the Insane diff have 7, reduce it to 6 for better spread
  2. 00:01:415 (2,3,4,5) - spacing, try to keep the same between them
  3. 00:03:351 (6,2) - kinda nazi, but I prefer if you avoid the overlap here
  4. 00:06:496 (5) - I guess this slider shape can be better, what about to blank it with 00:07:222 (6) - for better design, like:

  3. 01:05:528 (6,7) - to be honest, I don't like the rhythm here, I feel you can represent the music better with a single slider (also you're good making cool shapes)
Easy:

  1. I feel HP1 is too low even for an easy, use HP2 if you agree with me in the normal diff
  2. this diff is kawaii

  3. 00:42:544 (5,6) - Somehow, I keep misread it and hit (6) first instead of (5), most likely because of how 00:41:819 (2,3,4) flows. I'd strongly suggest you to reverse their position (Ctrl+G), but it will be hard to rearrange 00:43:028 (7,8,1)...
  4. 01:22:948 (1,2) - Space them bigger, maybe by moving (2) to (225,233)? A bigger spacing allows for a better movement here, and it makes for a more comfortable play. Well, that's what I felt.

Your current pattern only fits if the first and fourth note are mapped on an instrument sound that's stronger than the other ones. Maybe you would like to make something like this (or just see 00:25:851 (1,2,3,4,5,6)) instead? Fits the instruments far better, IMO.
  2. 00:29:480 (3,1) - Try to make the spacing bigger here (by moving 00:30:085 (1,2) to somewhere around (433,30))? It just feels more natural in terms of cursor movement. Let's just say that it's to accommodate the polarity here.
  3. 01:00:085 (5,6) & 01:00:569 (7,1) - Is the spacing inconsistency here intentional? I don't really see any point to make the spacing between (5,6) bigger than (7,1), since they're quite close to each other anyway.
Looks like the last five maps I've modded (including this) are trying to troll me by being good as hell.

  1. 00:04:077 (3) - If your following the "wo" sound , you should add a whistle to the other "wo" sounds in order to be consistent with hitsounding, that means places like this :
  2. 00:04:560 (1) - ^ end of slider.
  3. 00:06:496 (2) - ^
  4. 00:08:431 (1) - End of slider.
  5. 00:14:238 (4) - The end of the slider should have decreased volume, the music goes to an abrupt end at the end of this slider, I'd advise to do 20~40% volume here.
  6. 00:31:657 (1) - Shouldn't there be a finish to this note because this is a start of a new stanza in the music? new section of the music basically, and you can add a green-line because making the whole song (except the kiai) the same volume is strange! some parts of the song are quieter than others!
  7. 00:50:044 (3) - This ends in the red tick, which is awfully strange because I see this being connected with 00:14:238 (4) - . You might want to end the sliders at the same ticks, just to be a little more consistent.
  8. The map is pretty well made the hitsounds could use some more work though.

  1. Please follow the hitsounds suggestions I gave on easy to here too, it wouldn't make sense if you didn't :P

  5. 01:04:560 (5) - The beats here are starting to accelerate, its a cue that a new combo should be here don't you think? and I'd pretty sure the 4 notes before are suppose to be separate combo they are so strong.
  6. 01:18:109 (3,4) - Wow, I don't think this is a good idea to do, all the white ticks in this section are really strong, I don't think it would be a problem if you made them all a circle or do 1 1/4 slider starting at each white tick! the beats here are really strong and obvious.

  2. 00:50:044 (3) - consider extending this to the white tick. I think it fits the music a bit better since the last sound that occurs is on the white tick before the silence. Probably the most fitting thing would be the blue tick, but I think for the Easy the white tick works well.

    This NC pattern is more appropriate because it matches the beat count better. Easy difficulties are always a lot more fun when the mapper brings in some red ticks, and what you've done here is a really good way to do that without compromising the difficulty level.

■ 00:50:286 (4) - I think you should switch to the drum sampleset for hitsound additions here and use Claps/Finishes. Something like, Clap on start, Clap + Whistle on repeat, and Finish on end works well I think.

■ I'm actually really impressed by this Normal. A lot of Normals suffer from looking inconsistent, even with consistent distance snapping. But, structurally, this one looks very neatly arranged, and on top of that, the rhythms all make sense. And like, a good 90% of Normals out there consist entirely of flow that has the player going around in large circles in a single direction around the border of the map. So I'm really glad that you didn't do that here!

Generally, I think it's a good idea aesthetically to keep the spacing between your closely-spaced objects appear consistent, unless there's a specific reason not to.

■ 00:20:528 (6,7,8) - These aren't aligned properly, and is actually noticeable during play and looks weird. Move 00:20:891 (7) to 196,200 and 00:21:012 (8) to 185,184 for a perfect line.

■ 00:23:431 (1) - Remove NC. Add NC to 00:23:915 (2) instead. This splits the colors at the break, so it makes more sense intuitively imo. Plus it makes the pause slightly easier to read at AR7.

■ 00:49:077 (3,4,5,6) - I think it's important that these make a consistent pattern. Move (6) more to the right to line these repeats up.

■ 00:58:754 (3,4,5) - aaaaaaaa. (5) to 160,160, please?

■ 00:14:238 (1,2,3,4) - Okay this might not seem like a big deal but I actually think that it's extremely noticeable during play.

The gap between (3,4) looks inconsistent with the other gaps. If you were going for decreasing spacing here, try making the gap between (2,3) smaller. Otherwise, if you wanted the gaps to be the same, then move (4) to somewhere like 70,154.

■ 00:29:722 (1) - I think you should add a whistle onto the repeat here. This makes the hitsound gap less... gappy. And it makes the clap skip less awkwardly noticeable. Also it does fit the instrumentation.

■ 00:43:028 (7,8,1) - I think you should make this triple linear. Try moving (8) to 317,178.

■ 00:46:173 (4) - I'd move this up a bit to be more consistent in spacing with the gap between 00:45:689 (2,3) . Something like 374,134 would work I think.

■ 01:11:093 (3,4,5) - This triple is also a bit unsettling. See the image.

So I think move (4) to the left a bit here.

■ 01:19:802 (8,9,1) - I think that you should make this triple linear, because the slight curve here doesn't really seem to fit with the slider's actual curve, but it's not different enough either. Try (9) at 222,332.
[Chewin's Insane]
■ Drain Rate: -1. HP recovery rate is slow and almost nonexistent in some sections, even with perfect play. It's only really possible to recover HP during those NC spam sections like at 00:49:077 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) .

■ 00:00:690 - Your 1/4 snapping in the intro here ranges from 0.8x to 1.2x. Is there a reason that this is inconsistent?
IMO this section would look nicer if you stuck with a single snapping for your 3/4->circle patterns, though it's a matter of personal preference, and it doesn't affect gameplay much at all.

■ 00:15:448 (2,3,4,1,2,3) - I'd recommend splitting this into three 2x stacks, rather than two 3x stacks. This seems to fit the music better, and makes this sort of less confusing.

■ 01:05:528 (1,1,1,1,1,2,3) - I reaaaaally like how this plays. If anyone asks you to change this, just remember that I asked you not to, and then the suggestions cancel each other out and you don't have to change it!

■ 01:19:319 (7,8) - I think you should space these out slightly more, because right now the unstacking looks a bit unintentional. Maybe something like 288,240 for (8) would look better? At the same time, the way you have it arranged now, the unstacking looks really unnatural and I guess that does make the stack stand out more, so it's easier for the player to notice a difference and pay more attention to the rhythm so as to not confuse it with a 1/4 stack. Uhhhh idk anymore. Sorry orz
All of the difficulties played smoothly and I didn't find any major flow or rhythm issues. A great mapset overall! Here, have one of these:
